Texas Roadhouse review: Manager off her med's

First thing voice recording states hours on Fridays they open at 11am Called at 11, 11:30, noon, 1pm recording says they are closed, It was my Wife's Birthday and had told our guest to arrive a 6:00 pm with no answer I drove to check to see if they had gone out of business which they were open, Went in told the girl the answering service is saying your closed. Didn't seem to bother her. so at 6:00pm we meet and went in to eat. We ordered drinks and my 34year old daughter didn't have her driver license with her because we Picked her up at her house, the waitress said she couldn't serve her for that reason, I ordered the drink she was going to have and took a sip tasted nasty so I put it down in front of my wife because 5 people in a booth is cramped my wife moved it out of the way and my 34 year old daughter slid it to the back of the table she never to a drink or even a sip of that drink, Manger came off hateful and disrespected me and said she had to remove all drinks from the table we asked why she said they can't server anyone without a license. Which they didn't they served me. my wife and brother-in-law also had ordered drinks, and she said she was taking all of them off the table. We told the Manager my daughter did not drink any of that drink and that she wouldn't after (didn't catch her name manager) doing her best to speak louder than was needed. I told her we would just leave she still was arguing with us doing her best to make sure she was heard. This manager way overreacted to something that had not taken place. Wish we would of gotten it on video. One thing for certain me nor my family will never eat at Texas Roadhouse in Avon Indiana ever again. One other thing over 90% of complaints never gets resolved that alone say's a lot about this company.
