Texas Roadhouse review: Horrible service / horrible meal

Visited Texas Roadhouse, Erie Blvd location Syracuse NY, November 14,2023 about 6 pm. Place was busy but not like I’ve seen it before. Seated quickly, waitress took drink order and we placed our food order at the same time, waited for drinks because apparently there was a “backup” at the bar. Salad came quickly, while sitting waiting forever the waitress told us 3 times our meal would be out shortly. Finally she said a manager would be over, before that happened our food came, it was the worst steak I have ever had there, ordered medium rare, burnt on the outside, medium inside. Manager finally shows up, told her and she wanted to know if I wanted another, didn’t feel like waiting another 40 minutes. Meal was discounted $7.99. Why bother…. Horrible experience.
