Texas Roadhouse review: Food & Manager

Today 3/25/24 at 6:39 at the Texas Roadhouse @ 100 Mall Dr Steubenville Oh we had the worst food & manager. First off our rolls never came until we asked for them. Then our food is brought out 2 of the steaks that were to be medium were raw & one was suppose to have jack cheese. Sent one back to be cooked longer & mashed potatoes were so cold butter would not melt. The other my daughter decided to bring hers home & cook it because my sons never made it back to the table. Then upon cutting into my chicken the one side seemed cold so I turned my plate to cut from the thicker side & realized my chicken was raw. I mean raw. So when the waiter came back we asked for the manager to be sent over so we could address it with him. At that time I told the waiter it was not his fault don’t feel bad he didn’t cook the food. Was very nice & polite. I assured him we were not mad. Then the manager comes over & proceeds to tell us we were not going to be “beating up his wait staff”. I told him we did not we were very nice about the whole thing & he still spoke down to us & made a seen. I did inform him I get sick over eating raw chicken I was sending them the bill. He then asked if I wanted my baked potato off the plate that had the raw chicken on it. Really? I have never had service this poor ever nor had a manger speak to me the way he did. I was not upset in the beginning but I am now after the way he treated us. I will never return there again! You can clearly see in the pictures this was no over reaction on me & my families part. Then still charged $95.25 for the meal.
