Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding ongoing issues connected to the Tesco Express located next to my home. I have lived at my property since 2020 and during this time there have been numerous incidents involving Tesco delivery vehicles, staff activity, and disruption connected to the store.

The first major incident involved a Tesco delivery driver hitting and scraping my parked car while it was outside my house. Following this incident, I no longer felt safe parking on the road outside my property due to fear of further damage. As a result, I began parking on the small curb/island area located between my property and Tesco.

Since moving here there have been at least 15 separate incidents or ongoing issues connected to the store and its operations. These issues have caused ongoing stress, disruption, concern for my property, and negatively affected my ability to comfortably live at my home.

The repeated problems have had a significant impact on me personally. I already suffer with health and mobility difficulties, and the continued issues have added unnecessary stress and anxiety. I do not believe residents living next to a Tesco store should have to experience repeated vehicle incidents, disruption, or concerns over the safety of their property.

I would like Tesco to formally investigate these incidents and review the conduct and procedures surrounding deliveries and store operations at this location. I also request that steps are taken to prevent further incidents from occurring in the future.

I would appreciate:
- A formal acknowledgement of this complaint
- An investigation into the incidents raised
- Confirmation of what actions Tesco intends to take
- Contact from an appropriate manager or complaints handler

I am prepared to provide further details, photographs, dates, and any additional evidence if required.

I hope Tesco will take this matter seriously and work toward a proper resolution.
