Very cheap quality product with expensive price. Never recommend to anyone. Everyone please stay away from this store

I was visiting Las Vegas and staying at Caesar's Palace. I was looking I the front window with my sister in law. We made the mistake of going in. We were shown a beautiful blue purse with matching wallet. My sister in law and I both wanted the blue and were told there was another in stock that would be shipped once the girl looked in the system. Get my box a few days later when I returned home and the bag inside was black! I messaged my sister in law and told her. She gets her bag the next day and it's blue. I called the store the same day and said this is black and not blue! She tells me that they only had 1 blue and my sister in law got it. I said I will not carry this purse because I have a nice black bag. She refused to refund me and said I could only pick another color! I was not happy at all. I had to pay to ship this black bag back which was $50! I picked a brown for the simple reason everything else was ugly. I have NEVER carried this bag. My sister in law carried hers and it fell apart fast so I definitely wasn't carrying it! My sister in law filed a claim and was finally reimbursed after a huge fight, but was told I was happy with
mine and couldn't get a refund! This bag was said to be a luxury bag and leather. It is NOT! All I want is to be able to send this bag back so they can resell to some other poor soul and get my money back. They'd be out nothing! I checked EBay and this bag is going for $30! The store is out nothing as I'm sure they'll resell it. The purchase was for a bag that she knew full well they didn't have and by the time it s to Ohio the return window is past. It's a complete scam.
