Terraboost Media review: Not a good business

I signed a 6-month kiosk marketing contract with Terra Boost and invested approximately $2,700 with the expectation of generating new client leads for my business.

During the entire contract period:

I received no measurable or trackable leads.

There were no performance reports provided.

There were no account management check-ins.

No one contacted me to review results or discuss optimization.

Marketing requires monitoring and adjustment. Without follow-up, reporting, or engagement, it is difficult to justify the investment. When I requested cancellation due to the lack of results, I was informed that I would still be responsible for an additional 30 days of billing.

While every marketing strategy carries risk, businesses should expect transparency, communication, and measurable tracking — especially after investing thousands of dollars.

I recommend that any business considering this service carefully review contract terms and request detailed performance reporting expectations in writing before committing.
