Sorelle UK Wrong item delivered

I ordered the purple madison crochet set in size S and when I have opened my parcel today it is the complete wrong item yet it’s been sent with the correct order on the details sheet but they have still managed to send wrong outfit aswell as the outfit they have sent is also cheaper to the outfit I did order so I’ve paid my money for something and they have sent something else cheaper and incorrect

Desired outcome: time consuming pathetic company that can not complete and deliver a order correctly I want a apology for the problems they have caused I want them to send me the correct outfit that I ordered

Looks like Sorelle UK really missed the mark on your order, sending the wrong (and cheaper) outfit despite the details sheet showing the correct one. Paying for one thing and receiving something else entirely is frustrating, especially when the replacement doesn’t match up in value. Hopefully, they sort this out quickly and get you the right item — or at least your money back!

Sorelle UK Unprofessional and Shady: My Experience with SorelleUK

SorelleUK is like, super unprofessional. I mean, I tried to reach out to them about an issue with my order and they straight up ignored me for months. And like, if that wasn't bad enough, they delete any negative comments on their social media. Like, what kind of shady business is that? And don't even get me started on the quality of the clothes. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. It's like they're trying to scam people or something. And if you try to talk to customer service about it, they're just rude and ignore you. Like, seriously, don't even bother shopping here. It's not worth the headache.

Sorelle UK Terrible Experience with Sorelle UK: Refused Return for Defective Item

I had a really bad time with Sorelle UK. I got this thing from them that had a rip in it, and when I tried to send it back, they said I couldn't because I didn't tell them within 24 hours of buying it. But like, I didn't even get it until 4 days later, you know? It was such a bummer because I really liked the other stuff I got from them, but now I don't think I'll ever buy anything from them again.

Sorelle UK Warning: Terrible Quality and Customer Service - Stay Away from This Shop!

This shop is really bad. I got robbed of over ?60 because they don't answer emails about cancellations or give money back to people who return things. I think all you girls should stay away from this website if you want good stuff that looks like it does in the pictures or if you want a good time shopping. The things I bought were really bad quality and looked like trash bags. They were worse than stuff you can get at the pound shop. Don't go here!

Sorelle UK Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Experience with Sorelle UK

I recently had an experience with Sorelle UK that left me feeling quite frustrated. I ordered four items from their website and was excited to receive them. However, it took a whopping seven weeks for my package to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed to find that only two of the four items were included in the package.

I tried reaching out to Sorelle UK via email and Instagram, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any responses. It was only after multiple attempts that I finally received a response on Instagram. However, even then, it felt like I was being accused of lying about my package only containing half of my order.

The customer service experience was definitely not up to par. It was frustrating to feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Sorelle UK to think twice. The long wait time for delivery and lack of response from customer service make it a less than ideal shopping experience.

Sorelle UK Disappointing Experience with Sorelle UK: No Delivery, No Communication, No Refund

I bought a dress and a top from Sorelle UK on March 5th, and I paid around 100 euros for them. The website showed that the products were in stock. However, I didn't receive my order, so I sent an email to the company. They replied that the dress was out of stock and it could take 4 to 6 weeks to receive it. It's been 3 MONTHS NOW, and I still haven't received anything. I've sent about 5 more emails and even messaged them on Instagram, but they haven't responded. I'm extremely disappointed because this has never happened to me before.

I was really excited to receive my order from Sorelle UK, but now I feel like I've been scammed. It's frustrating that they didn't inform me about the stock issue before I made the purchase. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, but the lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable.

I hope that Sorelle UK will take responsibility for their mistake and either send me my order or refund my money. It's important for companies to prioritize their customers and provide good service. I wouldn't recommend Sorelle UK to anyone based on my experience.

Sorelle UK Disappointing Shopping Experience with Sorelle UK: Proceed with Caution

I had high hopes for my shopping experience with Sorelle UK, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite disappointing. After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and was pleased to see a dispatched email soon after - however, this email didn't include a tracking number, so I was left unsure of when to expect my items.

Weeks went by with no sign of my order, and I reached out to Sorelle UK via email and Instagram direct message to no avail. Meanwhile, it seemed they were still active and engaging with other customers on social media. To make things worse, when I left a comment on one of their Instagram posts asking about my order, they twice deleted my comment without responding.

Needless to say, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately I cannot recommend Sorelle UK as a reliable retailer. If you are considering purchasing from them, proceed with caution and do so at your own risk.

Sorelle UK Terrible experience with Sorelle UK - Poor Quality Products and Subpar Customer Service

When I placed my first order with Sorelle UK, I was excited to receive the beautiful dress I had selected on their website. However, when my order arrived, I was incredibly disappointed to see that the dress looked nothing like the picture and the quality was simply awful. Naturally, I reached out to the Sorelle UK customer service team and asked for a refund, as well as instructions on how to send back the item. Unfortunately, instead of a refund, I was issued a credit note, which I didn't want to use as I had lost confidence in the store after receiving such an inferior product.

Reluctantly, I decided to give Sorelle UK another chance, and placed an order for a different dress with my credit note. I was hopeful that this time, I would receive a quality item that matched the description and images on the website. However, when this dress arrived, it was even worse than the first dress! It was a white dress that was completely see-through, with terrible material that felt uncomfortable to wear.

At this point, I became incredibly frustrated with Sorelle UK and wrote to them again to express my dissatisfaction with the products and the service I had received. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from them. Based on my experiences, I would strongly advise other shoppers to avoid Sorelle UK and shop elsewhere. There seem to be so many issues with this store - from poor quality products, to subpar customer service - and they do not seem to have any interest in addressing customer concerns. Save your money and shop with a store that values your patronage and loyalty!

Sorelle UK Terrible Experience with Company - Beware of Tricky Tactics!

This company is not good at all! I ordered a dress and when it came, one of the straps was messed up and the sparkly things were falling off. I talked to customer service and they said they would send me a new dress, but when they got the messed up one back, they sent me a card for a gift instead! I got the dress on sale, so the card is no good for me. I would have to spend more money to get the same dress. The bottom line is that they will try to trick you to keep your money. I'm not going to buy anything from this fake company again!

Sorelle UK Disappointing Experience with Sorelle UK: Poor Quality Dress and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently purchased a dress from Sorelle UK and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my purchase. The material of the dress was not up to my expectations and the cut of the dress was not flattering on me. I contacted customer service and they admitted to sending me the wrong dress. I was then instructed to pay $25 to ship the dress back to them. However, a few days later, they changed their story and claimed that they did not make a mistake. They only offered me a store credit for the dress and refused to issue a refund for the $25 return shipping fee.

In total, I ended up paying $132 for the dress and return shipping, only to receive a $100 store credit. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with Sorelle UK. Their customer service was slow to respond to my emails, taking up to a week to reply. I would caution anyone considering purchasing from this site to be aware of the risks involved. If you think you may need to return an item, I would advise against using this site as it could end up costing you a lot of money.

Sorelle UK Disappointing Quality and Inaccurate Descriptions: My Experience with Sorelle UK

When I heard about Sorelle UK (sorelleuk.com), I was thrilled to check out their collection and see what they had to offer. Unfortunately, my experience with this online retailer did not live up to my expectations. I purchased three items from their website - a couple of tops and a dress - but their quality left a lot to be desired.

First and foremost, none of the items matched the descriptions provided on their website. The tops were nothing like the pictures shown on their site, and the dresses were different in color and design. This was extremely disappointing, as the reason why I ordered these items was because they looked stylish and appealing on their website.

Moreover, the quality of the items was poor. The clothes I received were made from cheap materials that looked and felt like they would fall apart after just a few wears. The stitching was sloppy and uneven, and I could see loose threads sticking out from the seams. It was clear that these clothes were made with very little attention to detail or quality control.

Overall, I was left feeling very let down by my experience with Sorelle UK. I have to say, I had an absolutely terrible experience with Sorelle UK. I had ordered a multitude of items totaling over ?300. Unfortunately, I had to return half of the items, but due to a miscommunication, I missed the return policy deadline by just one day! This meant that I was forced to pay for the shipping of the items back to me. Even more frustrating, it's now been an astonishing 8 weeks and I've yet to receive my package. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed with Sorelle UK. I urge anyone who may be thinking of ordering from their website to please reconsider. The headache and hassle is just not worth it.

Sorelle UK Unsatisfactory Experience with Sorelle UK: Beware of Ordering

My experience with Sorelle UK was beyond disappointing. I placed an order for some beautiful dresses on Klarna, which initially went smoothly, but things quickly went downhill from there. I had to return the dresses in July and have been dealing with issues ever since. Despite having proof of postage, the website still shows that I owe the money, and there is no way to contact anyone for help. It's frustrating to deal with, and it seems that I'm not alone in my struggles with this company. After doing some research and reading numerous reviews, I can say that problems with Sorelle UK are becoming more and more common, and I urge anyone considering placing an order with them to think twice. The hassle and stress are just not worth it. I sincerely hoped for better service, but unfortunately, that's not what I received. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.
