MyTicketTracker MyTicketTracker Review: False Guarantees and Poor Customer Service

I was really excited to purchase tickets for Rounds one and two all sessions passes from MyTicketTracker. I was promised that I would get the seats in the section I chose or better. I was really looking forward to attending the event and enjoying the matches.

However, when I received the tickets, I was disappointed to find out that I only had tickets for round one session one. I immediately called MyTicketTracker to inquire about the rest of the tickets that I was guaranteed. I was really hoping to get the tickets that I was promised.

To my surprise, they refunded my money for the tickets that I was guaranteed and never received. I was really upset because I never asked for a refund. I just wanted the tickets that I was promised. I even had their words in writing that I was guaranteed the tickets.

I suspect that they kept my tickets because the tickets are now three times what I paid in December. It's really unfair that they would sell my tickets at triple value after refunding me the money that I paid. I asked them to refund me the money I paid and then sell my tickets at triple value.

However, after spending all day with them, they claim no responsibility whatsoever. They even blamed Expedia and refused to help me. I am really disappointed with their customer service and their lack of responsibility.

I'm getting an attorney to help me with this issue. I really want to save you the trouble and warn you to stay away from MyTicketTracker. You have a better chance of getting tickets by meeting someone in a dark alley!

MyTicketTracker Negative Review: MyTicketTracker.com has poor service and a needlessly complicated process

My experience with MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com) left much to be desired. The whole process was riddled with difficulties and left a bad taste in my mouth. After spending hours on the phone and chatting with three different website representatives, I found myself frustrated with canned responses that felt like I was speaking with someone who wasn't human. Finally, I was informed that my tickets had been sent to Ticketmaster, and that's where I should be able to find them.

When I spoke with an actual live person at Ticketmaster, I discovered that my tickets had, in fact, been erroneously sent to SeatGeek instead. This was incredibly frustrating given the assurances I had received from the MyTicketTracker representatives. I only managed to find the tickets thanks to some help from Ticketmaster.

To make matters worse, my confusion was partly due to the fact that I thought I was buying my tickets directly from the Glendale Arena box office online. Instead, I was redirected to MyTicketTracker.com without my knowledge until I received an email telling me to expect another email from Ticketmaster.

All in all, I would not recommend MyTicketTracker to anyone. Their service was poor, their representatives offered little to no help, and the entire process was needlessly complicated. If I could give it less than one star, I would. On the other hand, I was very impressed with the service I received from Ticketmaster. They were helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my ticketing issues. I would give them a five-star rating for their excellent customer service.

When considering purchasing tickets for an event, it's important to do your research and ensure that you are working with a reputable company. Unfortunately, MyTicketTracker is not one of those companies. My experience with this website was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish.

After purchasing expensive tickets from them, I never received the physical tickets. Instead, I received a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster. When I reached out to MyTicketTracker for answers, I was bounced around to multiple "Escalation Managers" who all gave different excuses for why the tickets weren't transferred to my email. They wasted hours of my time, giving me the run-around without ever providing a satisfactory resolution.

To make matters worse, when I demanded that they contact the supplier to resolve the issue, the Manager at MyTicketTracker accused me of intentionally trying to avoid finding the tickets and hung up on me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

It's clear that MyTicketTracker is not a legitimate company. They seem to operate solely on excuses and delays, leading me to believe that they don't actually have any tickets to distribute in the first place. I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the charge based on their fraudulent activity.

In conclusion, do not order anything from MyTicketTracker. Save yourself the headache and work with a reputable company that values their customers and delivers on their promises.

MyTicketTracker Nightmare Experience with MyTicketTracker: A Warning to Ticket Buyers

If you're looking to purchase tickets for an event, I strongly advise you to steer clear of MyTicketTracker. My recent experience with this ticket seller turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare.

My friends and I purchased tickets for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup playoffs from MyTicketTracker through ticketsmarter.com. We made the purchase two weeks before the event and were guaranteed that the tickets would be delivered on the day of the game. We were charged immediately for the tickets and felt at ease knowing that everything was taken care of.

However, on the day of the game, we received an email from MyTicketTracker at 6 PM to download the tickets. That was already cutting it close, but we clicked the link anyways, only to be redirected to a Ticketmaster page that claimed a different email address had already claimed the tickets. We were shocked and frustrated to say the least. We had no idea what had gone wrong and couldn't believe that we were potentially going to miss out on the game.

After calling MyTicketTracker's so-called "customer support," we wasted 50 minutes of our time listening to excuses and empty apologies. They tried to place blame on us for possibly downloading the tickets with another account and even put us on hold for 10 minutes to "look into things." Eventually, they told us that an investigation was necessary to figure out what had happened, but they didn't have any tickets that they could offer to replace the ones that were already claimed. We were basically out of luck.

Frustration and disappointment didn't end there. Upon examining the seats that MyTicketTracker had allocated to us via their email, we discovered that the seats didn't even exist! The row indicated in the seats was a fake one - a mere fabrication.

It is beyond belief that ticket brokers like MyTicketTracker get away with these kinds of unacceptable practices. The stress and anxiety that this situation caused us was needless, and it's clear that our experience was just one of many. Don't risk getting burned like we did - avoid MyTicketTracker at all costs.

MyTicketTracker MyTicketTracker Review: Shady Tactics, Overselling, and Lack of Customer Service - Don't Use Their Website for Event Tickets

As a concert-goer, I was excited to see Alice in Chains perform live and purchased my tickets online through MyTicketTracker. Their website was the only source I could find for tickets to this event, and I noticed that they were disguising themselves as the venue name, which seemed a bit shady to me.

On the day of the show, I received an email from MyTicketTracker that stated they were "upgrading my tickets" and offering me $25 off each ticket. I was initially thrilled, but quickly realized that they were only offering me worse seats than the ones I had originally purchased for general admission. It turns out that they had oversold the event, and they were trying to get me to take seats that were even farther back.

I declined their offer, and five hours before the show, I received a phone call from the company stating that they could not get my tickets and that they would issue me a full refund. As a customer, this was not the experience I had been hoping for as I had already made travel arrangements and was eager to see the concert.

I contacted the venue and discovered that the show was not sold out, and I was able to purchase tickets from them for less than HALF the price that MyTicketTracker was charging me. It turns out that this company was attempting to scam me and other customers for their own profit.

Although I did eventually receive a full refund, I was not happy with how the situation was handled. MyTicketTracker had my money for 2 1/2 months before issuing a refund, and when I did receive the reimbursement, the exchange rate had gone down, resulting in a $30 loss.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with MyTicketTracker's services and would caution others against using their website for event tickets. Their shady tactics, overselling, and lack of customer service are unacceptable. It's unfortunate that a company like this exists and is taking advantage of customers.

MyTicketTracker Warning: MyTicketTracker is a Complete Scam - Do Not Purchase Tickets From Them!

If you're planning on purchasing tickets for an event, be sure to steer clear of MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com)! Their company has been nothing but a complete scam and an utter disappointment. The experience we had with them was beyond frustrating and we thought we were purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster, but were redirected to a website called Masterticket that we did not realize was a fraudulent operation until it was too late.

Dealing with this awful company was a nightmare. They lied about the venue not releasing tickets until 24-48 hours before the concert, and then told us we had to wait until the morning of the concert to call back for the tickets. When we did speak to a "manager", they tried to convince us that we didn't understand the download process. Their customer service was virtually nonexistent as all the emails sent to their site were undeliverable.

Over the course of a week, we spoke to five different people, each with a different story, all promising the tickets would arrive but NONE did! We received 100% run around and in the end, we NEVER GOT OUR TICKETS and even after repeated reassurances of "we see them right here," the tickets never arrived. We were looking forward to a concert that we had planned for, including a hotel stay, for over 9 months and we are heartbroken that we could not attend.

Their fraudulent behavior has left us with no other option than to file a BBB report if we do not receive the refunds we were promised. We urge you to avoid any dealings with these scammers, as they have proven themselves to be nothing but liars and thieves. We would never have chosen to work with them, and we strongly advise you to seek a reputable ticket seller or website to ensure you don't fall victim to these fraudulent operations!

MyTicketTracker MyTicketTracker's Terrible Customer Service & Refund Policy

I recently purchased tickets for an event through MyTicketTracker, only to have the event postponed indefinitely due to the ongoing pandemic. After reaching out to the company for a refund and to cancel my tickets, they informed me that it was against their policy to issue refunds until the event in question is officially cancelled. While I urged them to reconsider their policy during this difficult time, they were unhelpful and even rude in their response.

Months later, the event was finally cancelled and MyTicketTracker sent me an email offering either a cash refund or a voucher worth 120% of the ticket value. Unfortunately, due to a busy schedule, I missed the email by 24 hours and was told that the refund option had expired. The voucher itself proved to be worthless - none of the scheduled events appealed to me and the voucher itself had a conveniently short expiration date.

To add insult to injury, it took MyTicketTracker over a month to even try to process my refund request. Their treatment of me as a customer has been incredibly disappointing and I would never want to use their services again. It's not just about the money - it's about their willingness to screw over their customers and treat them terribly. I feel strongly about spreading the word to others who might be considering MyTicketTracker and encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere.

I recently had a terrible experience with MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com) that I want to share with others. I purchased two tickets for a Hootie and the Blowfish concert eight months in advance for a total of $644. I typically buy tickets directly from the venue or artist, but for some reason, I decided to give MyTicketTracker a try. Flash forward to two hours before the concert, and I realized that I never received the tickets. When I called the ticket broker they used, I was told that they didn't actually have the tickets and that MyTicketTracker had been holding onto my money for the past eight months. They never bothered to inform me or refund my money until I reached out to them. Needless to say, I was extremely angry and wanted to seek revenge in any way that I could. I am writing this review to warn others about the unethical practices of MyTicketTracker. Please don't make the same mistake that I did and purchase tickets from them.

After doing some research, I found out that this company has a history of scamming people. I even stumbled upon a complaint from seven years ago on a different review website. It's shocking that this company has been getting away with these practices for so long. I urge everyone who has been scammed by MyTicketTracker to file a complaint with their state's Attorney General office through their website. Also, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) through their website. The more complaints that are received, the more pressure will be put on this company to change its ways.

In addition, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to warn others about MyTicketTracker. I want to make sure that no one else gets scammed by this company. It's frustrating to know that there are businesses out there that purposefully scam their customers. MyTicketTracker should be held accountable for their actions, and we all have a responsibility to report their unethical practices.

Lastly, I want to tell everyone to be cautious when buying tickets online. There are so many scams out there, and it's important to do your research before purchasing tickets from a website that you're not familiar with. MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com) is a ticketing service platform that promises to provide you with the best tickets for your favorite events. However, my experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.

I purchased three tickets worth $220.00 and traveled all the way from California to Utah to enjoy a day out with my son. Unfortunately, on the day of the event, I received the news that my tickets had been transferred, but I was unable to download them with a bar code. I tried to reach out to their customer service via phone, and I was on hold for almost an hour with no response.

As the event was drawing closer, I became tensed and agitated and decided to reach out via email. To my surprise, I received an automated response that they were experiencing high traffic and could not respond at the moment. I didn't give up and tried calling again the next day, but it was the same story. I sent several emails explaining my situation, but all I received were automated responses that didn't address my concerns.

They only suggested that I download an app called Seat Geek, which would supposedly contain my tickets and seat numbers. I followed their directions, but still, I couldn't access my tickets.

With the event just hours away, I was frustrated and close to giving up. Unfortunately, I missed out on what should have been an amazing day with my son, all because of this company's incompetence and inadequate service. The worst part? After the event had passed, I received an email blaming me for not being able to access my tickets, even though they were the ones who failed to provide me with a bar code.

The whole experience was a massive letdown, and I would never recommend MyTicketTracker, Seat Geek, or Boxticket to anyone. They may claim to offer ticketing services, but their actions speak louder than words. To them, it seems as though the customer is always wrong, and they would rather place blame on their clients than take accountability for their screw ups. Save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

MyTicketTracker MyTicketTracker.com/Etc - A Complete Fraud: Beware of Their Scam!

I had a really bad experience with MyTicketTracker.com, also known as ETC - Events Ticket Center. I was so excited to see KISS in concert and I wanted to make sure I had the best seats possible. I found VIP Box Seats on their website and bought them in February of 2020. I was assured that my tickets would be guaranteed, even if the concert was rescheduled.

But then, just four days before the show, I got an email from ETC telling me that my tickets were no longer available. I was devastated. They offered me some alternate tickets, but they were definitely not an upgrade. In fact, they were worse than the seats I had originally bought. I was so disappointed.

To make matters worse, I found out that my VIP seats were still available on Live Nation right up until the moment that ETC cancelled my order. It was like they sold my tickets at three times the price just so they could make a little more money. I felt like I had been scammed.

I want to warn everyone out there to never trust ETC - Events Ticket Center or MyTicketTracker.com. They are a complete fraud and they will take your money without giving you the tickets you paid for. I learned my lesson the hard way, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did. Stay away from this company!

I recently bought a couple of tickets to attend the April Fools Comefy event in Houston, Texas on April 2, 2022, from MyTicketTracker. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. It has been weeks since I made the payment, but I have not received any notification from them regarding the tickets. I even tried to contact them, but they did not respond to my queries.

I paid for the tickets through my PayPal account, and I can confirm that the payment was made successfully. However, MyTicketTracker did not send me the tickets. I was left with no choice but to file a claim with my bank and PayPal. Unfortunately, my claims were denied, and I lost $299.49. MyTicketTracker lied to the authorities and claimed that they had sent the tickets, which was not true.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from MyTicketTracker. I had to purchase the tickets again from Ticketmaster, a reputable company, to attend the event. It was a huge inconvenience for me, and I had to spend more money to buy the tickets again. I am planning to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission to ensure that no one else falls victim to this scam.

In conclusion, I would not recommend MyTicketTracker to anyone. They are the biggest scammers in Canada, and they do not care about their customers. MyTicketTracker Disappointing Customer Service Experience with My Ticket Tracker for Paul McCartney Concert Tickets

I recently used My Ticket Tracker to purchase tickets for a Paul McCartney concert. I was excited to see the legendary musician perform, but unfortunately, my experience with the customer service staff at My Ticket Tracker left a lot to be desired.

When I called to inquire about a refund, the staff member who answered the phone was extremely impatient and rude. She immediately started yelling at me, saying that I must have chosen the wrong department if I wanted a refund. She also claimed that my phone number was not on file and that I had entered my email address incorrectly.

The staff member was dismissive and mocking, and her behavior was almost cruel. She told me that My Ticket Tracker worked with many third-party ticketing sites, but she refused to name any of them because it would take too long. I was taken aback by her behavior and had no idea what I had done to upset her so much.

MyTicketTracker MyTicketTracker's Dishonest Practices and Lack of Accountability: My Terrible Experience

I cannot express enough how dissatisfied I am with my interaction with MyTicketTracker. I had purchased Garth Brooks tickets a month in advance with the expectation of getting expensive seats for the concert. However, when the day of the concert arrived, I was shocked to find that I had not received my tickets. As a last resort, I tried calling their customer service number and was left on hold for an extensive amount of time, which was frustrating to say the least.

I finally reached out to a representative who assured me that my tickets would arrive on the day of the concert via mobile tickets. It is simply unacceptable that this company is allowed to operate in such a way where they disregard their customers and leave them in the dark. It is clear from the numerous negative reviews of this company that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with them.

It disgusts me that MyTicketTracker hires work-from-home representatives that treat their customers so poorly and blatantly lie to them about their orders. My experience with MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com) left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. After purchasing tickets for a concert at Redrock Amphitheater near Denver, I was shocked to see that the cost was over double the face value of the ticket due to markup and two additional fees applied by the website. Despite the high cost, I was excited to attend the concert and traveled 1500 miles to get there.

However, my excitement soon turned to disappointment when I received notification just two days before the concert that it was cancelled. I immediately reached out to MyTicketTracker for a refund, but was met with a complete lack of empathy or assistance. The response I received was essentially, "Not our problem. Maybe the concert will be rescheduled in a month."

I find it unacceptable that MyTicketTracker had no concern for the fact that I had just traveled such a long distance and spent a significant amount of money on tickets that turned out to be worthless. The complete lack of customer service and unwillingness to provide any assistance or refund has left me feeling scammed and cheated. MyTicketTracker Warning: Terrible Experience with MyTicketTracker - Stay Away at all Costs!

Wow, I had an absolutely terrible experience with MyTicketTracker. I cannot warn you enough to stay far away from this company. I purchased tickets from them and not only did I never receive the tickets, but the tickets we were sold were not even located in the correct venue seat chart. To make matters worse, they never released their "flash seats" to us, leaving us with no options to attend the event.

When we reached out to MyTicketTracker for assistance, they lied to us and claimed that due to a technical issue on the event's end, we wouldn't be receiving our tickets just yet. In the meantime, the event came and went with no contact from the ticket holder whatsoever. We waited and waited, but we never heard from them and were left empty handed. I eventually had to go through my credit card company to receive a refund and had to purchase tickets from a reputable source.

I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity from MyTicketTracker. It's unfortunate to see a company take advantage of their customers in this way. They provided no customer service, no follow up communication, and absolutely no way to make things right. It's truly disappointing. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and avoid MyTicketTracker at all costs.

MyTicketTracker Negative Experience with MyTicketTracker: Refused Refund for Cancelled Concert Due to COVID-19

I recently had a very negative experience with MyTicketTracker, and I wanted to share my story with others to ensure they don't fall victim to the same issue. I was excited to see the band Dead and Co, and I purchased tickets through MyTicketTracker for $523.75. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the concert was ultimately cancelled.

To my dismay, MyTicketTracker refused to refund my money. I received an email from ***@mytickettracker.com on 4/[protected]@6:03 p.m. stating that I had 12 hours to respond to receive a refund of my money. However, this email arrived outside of normal business hours and it was not reasonable to expect me to respond within such a short timeframe. I did not see the email until after the 12 hour window had expired, and they steadfastly refused to refund my money even after my several attempts.

Instead, MyTicketTracker offered me a voucher worth $628.50, which was only valid until 4/25/2021. This was not a satisfactory resolution since Dead and Co only performs during the summer months.

I was also unsuccessful in obtaining a refund through my credit card company, further compounding my frustration and disappointment. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase tickets for future events. Their lack of empathy and unreasonable expectations regarding timeframes for refunds were truly reprehensible.

Recently, my wife and I purchased two tickets from MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com) to see Cher in concert. Unfortunately, due to the outbreak of the CoronaVirus, the event was rescheduled to a date that we were unable to attend. When we reached out to the website to request a refund, we were disappointed to discover that their policy did not allow for refunds unless the show was cancelled. Needless to say, we were frustrated and disheartened by this news.

To add insult to injury, the customer service representative we spoke with was not friendly, helpful or empathetic. In fact, their demeanor bordered on being downright rude- which only served to further frustrate us. As we bought the original tickets based on being in the Tampa area at the time of the original date, we are now in the unenviable position of having to sell the tickets ourselves. As consumers, we find this to be incredibly unfair and we question Amalie Arena's association with MyTicketTracker.

I was particularly disappointed since I had actually chosen the seats directly from the website, but was then redirected to MyTicketTracker to make the purchase. In light of our experience, I feel compelled to warn others that MyTicketTracker is not a trustworthy or reliable seller of event tickets. Their policy of no refunds, regardless of the reason, is not consumer-friendly and seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. We would not recommend purchasing tickets from MyTicketTracker and encourage others to do their research and visit other more reputable sites instead.

Despite my situation with the canceled flight of my mother's who was supposed to accompany me, the representative I spoke with bluntly told me that I would not be granted a refund since the show was not officially canceled. My experience with MyTicketTracker (mytickettracker.com) left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, they sent me tickets for the jazz festival with someone else's name on them, which is a big mistake that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. This was a surprise gift for my husband and it was meant to be a special experience where he could be introduced to the world of Jazz, which is something that I really love. I wrote to them twice about this problem and spent four hours today waiting on hold for customer service, but to no avail. All I got was strange music while I waited, with no response from customer service. Please be warned - under no circumstances should you consider using the services of MyTicketTracker.com. This is an utterly unscrupulous company that will stop at nothing to scam you out of your hard-earned money. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. I was promised tickets to an event for almost $150, which turned out to be fake and belonged to someone else. This meant that when I arrived at the event, which I had been looking forward to for weeks, the tickets were completely invalid - they had already expired before the event even began.

Naturally, I immediately called MyTicketTracker.com to get a refund, but the customer service I received was appalling. The person on the line told me I had to send in a photo of the new receipt to receive the refund I was entitled to. I did everything that was asked of me, but despite following all of their requests, I received no reply for days.

It was only after they finally got back to me that I received an email asking me to call them. I rang the number given, but to my dismay, the company was closed. I tried again several times and spoke to three different people, who all told me that there were further procedures that I had to go through in order to receive my refund. It was only after this protracted and frustrating process that I received another email from the company offering their "deepest sympathies" for my situation but stating that they would still not give me my money back.

I had purchased two tickets for a concert that was originally scheduled for March 2020. Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, the show was first postponed to November 2020 and then rescheduled again for November 2021. When I reached out to the Van Wezel Theater in Sarasota, Florida, where the show was being held, I was informed that my seats were resold and that my tickets were no longer valid. I was advised to contact My Ticket Tracker to arrange for a refund.

Unfortunately, contacting My Ticket Tracker proved to be a frustrating experience. Despite my attempts to reach out to them for over three months, I have not been able to get through to a single human representative. Furthermore, my credit card bank, Citi, did not provide any help towards my situation.

As a result of this regrettable experience, I am now out $300 for the two concert tickets I had purchased. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone against using My Ticket Tracker. Based on my personal dealings with them, I can conclusively say that they are not a reputable organization and they do not uphold the standards of fair business practices. Please beware and take your business elsewhere.
