Complaint:
I placed an order on May 10, 2025 on Temu (Order ID: [insert order ID]) with a promised delivery date of July 5, 2025. Today is July 8, and the product has still not been delivered.
Tracking status shows:
“Pick up by local carrier at destination port” on July 7 — yet no further updates are provided, and no actual delivery attempt has been made.
I contacted DHL eCommerce, who confirmed that they never received the package from Temu or its supplier.

The vendor (DAF CAR) on the platform
DHL eCommerce support
No one is able to locate the package or explain where it really is. Temu support keeps repeating scripted replies and avoids taking any real responsibility. They even claimed the product is stuck in customs, yet the tracking does not show any customs-related status.
This is completely unacceptable.
I demand either a full refund immediately or proof of shipment and a real delivery date.
Otherwise, I will proceed with filing chargebacks, consumer complaints, and legal action if needed.
I will never shop with Temu again and strongly advise others to avoid the platform.
This experience shows a serious lack of professionalism and reliability.
