Temu Temu Review: Fake Everything, False Claims, and Poor Customer Service

This website is just full of fake everything. I mean, fake descriptions, fake reviews, false claims, fake customer service, false offers. They say they have 24/7 live chat customer service as well as 24/7 customer service by phone. But let me tell you, both of those are lies. If you go to the live chat, it's just a bot that offers you a ticket to fill out about your issue and says they're assigning you an agent, but nobody ever replies. I have three tickets in for over three weeks now with no response at all. And if you call, nobody ever answers. I have sat on hold waiting for an agent for over an hour six times now, and nobody ever answers.

All of their "offers" to earn gifts or credits are all fake, and none of them work unless you refer several new users who install and use the app. And don't even get me started on their clothing ads. They all say "true to size," but none of them are. You better order two sizes larger at least because all their measurements are wrong, and you can see through the fabric they're so thin. I was sent three glass items with zero padding, and they were all broken.

All their good reviews are fake with only stars given, and they are in broken English and barely understandable. And whenever there's a bad review, they put up like 20 fake 5-star reviews with no words after them. It's just ridiculous.

There are actually some decent deals and products on there, but if you're going to purchase any kind of clothing or electronics, be prepared for disappointment. They also say free easy returns, but only the first item out of an order is free to return. Any more than that, and you have to pay to return them, so they must have multiple item return requests regularly.

There are much better sites and apps to use if you're looking for cheap products from Asia or the Middle East with much higher quality products. There's a reason all their ratings are so high EXCEPT for their Better Business Bureau rating, which is only 2.1 stars out of 5. It's because the BBB is the only agency out there that you can't get away with fake users making fake reviews, which the Asians seem to be very good at.

So, use Temu at your own peril. You've been warned.

Temu Extremely Poor Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Temu

My experience with Temu has been extremely frustrating. I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered by Fed Ex, but unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong location. Fed Ex admitted fault and provided photographic evidence that the package was not dropped off at the correct location. I also have a documented case number from Fed Ex that proves I did not receive my package. Despite all of this, Temu refuses to move forward with lost package procedures with Fed Ex for my reimbursement. They keep sending me messages stating that they "won't reimburse the package because they have confirmation that it was delivered." However, the case number I provided to them proves that their original confirmation was not valid. Temu refuses to look further than the original confirmation and won't listen to me when I tell them that Fed Ex has confirmed that they will reimburse Temu for their fault in losing my package.

I've spent hours and hours on hold trying to talk to customer service and have never been able to get through the line. It takes weeks for Temu to respond to text inquiries, and when they do respond, they don't fix the problem before calling the case "resolved." Then you have to wait another week or so for another response. It's been weeks of me trying to resolve this, but as of now, I'm fully out the money for this order because Temu has extremely poor customer service.

This order was over $70, and I shouldn't have to eat that as a customer just because they don't want to look into it. I'm currently on hold for 2 hours as I write this, and it's incredibly frustrating. I've provided Temu with the tracking number for my package and Fed Ex's investigation confirmation number proving it was misdelivered and not received. Fed Ex can't do anything until Temu responds and reaches out to Fed Ex, but all Temu does is look at the first confirmation, which was proven to be invalid because it was not the correct drop off location.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Temu to anyone. Their customer service is extremely poor, and they don't seem to care about their customers or their packages. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope that they can improve their service in the future.

Temu Disappointed with Temu: Poor customer service and delayed delivery

I recently ordered from Temu (temu.com) after hearing about them from a YouTuber called the Cheap Chick who gave them glowing reviews. However, I have been disappointed with the service I have received. I made my order on November 16th and my estimated delivery date has now passed, but my package has not arrived. When I called customer service, they offered me a $5 credit for the delay, which I don't feel is good enough compensation for the inconvenience caused. I feel that they should be doing more for their customers, like offering a $25 credit when there is a mistake on their behalf.

I believe that Temu has potential, but they need to improve their communication with merchants and local postal services to ensure that orders are delivered on time. I am willing to offer them my feedback on how to improve their customer service, and I hope that they take me up on my offer to meet with them.

I understand that things can go wrong, but as a first-time customer, I feel let down by Temu. I don't want to be associated with companies like Wish and AliExpress, who also have a poor reputation for customer service, so I hope that Temu can turn things around and provide their customers with a better experience. I have patience, but I expect a company to take responsibility for their mistakes and make things right with their customers.

I have seen reviews from other customers who ordered their items in October and September and still haven't received them, so if my package doesn't arrive, I will close my account with them. I believe that if Temu wants to succeed, they need to listen to their customers and take their feedback seriously. It's not just about making sales, but also about building a loyal customer base who feel valued and appreciated.

Temu TEMU Review: Good Prices and Delivery, Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy

I've been using Temu for a while now and I gotta say, I really like it. The prices are nice and the delivery doesn't take too long. However, I did have an issue with my most recent order. I either received someone else's order or only a partial order, as two of the items I received were similar to what I ordered but the rest weren't. I tried to contact customer service about this issue multiple times, but the rep I kept getting (Jessica) accused me of lying and said that I received my package (which I didn't). She even suggested that I have packages sent somewhere safer, which didn't make any sense. It was clear that she didn't actually read any of my messages. It took her three whole days just to copy and paste a generic message to me. I just wanted my package, but now several of the items are sold out and they won't help me at all. It feels like they're scamming people now that they have more customers.

Update: I still haven't received my refund from TEMU or any actual help. I attached my order number to this review so they could look it up, but they just kept telling me to contact them. When I did, they continued to call me a liar and refused to refund or reship my items. They claimed that they "checked" with the warehouse and had proof that the correct items were sent out, but they couldn't provide any actual proof when I asked for it. I even contacted USPS about the package mixup because it was insured, but TEMU still refused to help. I asked them to open a claim on USPS since they were the shipper, but they refused again. It's ridiculous that they won't help at all, especially when the package was insured.

Temu EVri Deliveries

A recent order we placed and it was supposed to be delivered by EVRI.

They claim opn the notification that it has been delivered but we have not received it

This was supposed to have been delivered opnthe 22nd. June but it has not arrived at our adress which is ;

Temu Garden lights

I received 6 solar garden lights one was broken and didn’t work the other 5 didn’t work either. Very annoyed. The on and off buttons were faulty it was weird there is usually a tab that you pull out of each item in order for the lights to activate. There was no tab on any of the lights. I left them out for a few days in the sun but still no lights were on at night.

Desired outcome: New ones that do work I ordered the same solar lights when I was in Florida and they worked well. Very pretty at night but the ones I ordered in Ct don’t work at all

Temu Customer service

I notified temu that my package had to be rerouted due to a domestic situation I was fleeing, they told me to notify the shipper, it was too late and the shipper said to contact the seller. I had multiple conversations with customer support who kept telling me to contact the shipping company despite me informing them it was too late. I am not able to get a refund or change the address to my home address even after it was returned.

Temu The metod of delivery. It should be by postnord not dhl.

My item was delivered to a place which woud cost me about 600 Swedish kkronors or more to pick up. i do not have a car It is not the nearest point.They should use postnord in sweden. or home delivery. . I want my items.

I think the companies in Sweden has lied to temu by stating it was the closest.

My items should not be sent back.It should be resend because i said I want it

Temu Shipment of items

Yes, I just received my iphone 14 case. When received it is hard to use buttons on phone.

Also, I was given three. Free pick of items. I picked three items out. Never heard anymore about the free items.

Also. A package was suppose to be resend to me (with drone and couple of other thins in package never heard about that again. I would appreciate your help in this matter. I do spot of shopping at temu. I would also like to continue. Once these matters are cleared up. Thanks for your help.

I received an email stating that temu were going to reship a package I never received (it had a drone & 2 other things in it they told me it was shipped already. I was given 3 picks for free, i picked 3 items,sunglasses, cell phone case and one other item. I havent heard about that one. Last i received my iphone 14 phone case it was bend hard to use buttons. I do alot of business with temu, I would appreciate the status of the 3 things I

mentioned. Thank you.

Temu Complaining about not receiving refunds on items sent back to temu.

On Saturday June 3rd,I send back two orders in the same box under one label but the items were bought on different orders. I couldn't fine the other label. I send all the clothes back in one box . I wrote a note explaining the situation to Temu, that couldn't fine the other label and send all the clothes in one box. I also put a note with contact information if they wanted to contact me . Currently Temu is. now telling me, that I should check my account for the reimbursement. I have not received a reversal yet. I have called three times explaining the situation and and waiting on my refund. Today is June 16th 2023, no one has reached out to me. I wold appreciate any assistance you can you give me.

Temu Customer service/misleading information

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, it appeared to me that the entire staff have a combined IQ of about 5. Basically I got a "new member" $120 off of an order and free shipping where I only had to pay tax. Upon cashing out my order I read that I had to pay the $120 which would be refunded after order was processed. The issue I had was that I only had enough on the card to cover taxes, as none of this was stated to me prior. Now point being, the card would be declined due to ISF and I would not get the order processed. So after contacting online support and spending almost 12 hours going back and forth with several incompetent buffoons I was a little hot under the collar. Not a one of them understood anything I was telling me over and over to elaborate more when it was pretty obvious what I was saying and could elaborate no further. They insisted I place the order which would upon their receiving payment would credit the $120 back. I must have said about 40 times that the card would be declined for that amount and these imbeciles didn't understand and again asked me to elaborate further. As I said after 12 hours I was just over it and said I wanted to speak on the phone to a supervisor. Well after another agonizing hour with aforementioned supervisor asking me to elaborate further because she didn't understand what I was saying she said she would transfer me to a higher up supervisor who didn't pick up for about half an hour. After explaining situation to her... yep, you guessed it folks! Could I elaborate further? Now after almost 2 more hours with that level of stupidity I am awaiting a return from the next level up. So my whole day was wasted explaining over and over and over and over the same thing that I had already said countless hundreds of times. Don't waste your time with these dumb braindead people. Been waiting a little over an hour for the callback now and can't wait to see how it'll take for them to call and if the next level is just as stupid as the first three were.

Desired outcome: After spending over half of a day going back and forth with these idiots I want my order and shipping comped, I'll pay tax and as long as every item I ordered gets delivered they will never hear from me again

Temu Customer service and live chat

I have bought lots of items from this company and some of the stuff is either rujbbish or faulty. I have to return these items and find cardboard boxes for them to fit in the items. I initially agreed to a credit but now want a refund of £22.88 as I no longer want to do business with Temu as their customer service and live chat is appalling. On the live chat I said I wanted a refund but they have refused to deal with my request but instead keep telling me how to return the goods. ~can you help please?

Temu The homepage, ad scams.

This even took place on June 3rd, 2023 as follows. I got the Temu app recommended for me by my friend. He told me that if I joined I would get him free coins so he can get "free stuff" from the Temu app. Me doing no research, downloads the app and helps my friend out. I then see an ad on TikTok telling me about Temu's $7 Nintendo Switch and super low prices. So I got back on the app, and as soon as I opened it, I was bombarded by an ad telling me to click here to get free things. And I did such, thinking this was legit. However, after going through the excruciatingly long process of getting almost enough coins to get free things, it said now I have to invite friends. That was reassuring to me, as my friend had to do the same thing. So I invite my friends, and get my coins... And it then says that I need friends to join... So I get some buddies of mine to join, and get the right amount of coins. However, it came to a point where there was no end. There was no beginning. Just me and this fake [censored] ad. I had my other buddy try out the giveaways. And even for him, it was faulty. So I asked my friend that recommended me the app if he ever got his stuff. And sure enough, "No that's a scam lol. Don't try it". And wow did that blow me out of my chair and shake me in me boots. You guys need to fix your scams, and take the giveaways OUT.

Desired outcome: Please rid the app of these devious ads; and therefore clearing your app from being taken down by the company I work for.

Temu Driver.

We are a small manufactured community in deland fl..ONE of your delivery drivers are dropping packages daily here..our problem is she is just flying thru here without a care in the world she has not listened to any of our maintenance crew when telling her to slow down..If she continues to do this she will not be aloud in the park..everyone is to abide by speed limit that is posted..

Desired outcome: Stop the driver from driving thru here I'd she can't obey the speed limit.

Temu Hair extensions wrong length

I have already spoken to the support team to no result passing me on . I ordered 18 cm long hair extensions and 14 cm came I am very disappointed at my first order it’s your mistake. I am going to Mauritius on the 15th June next Thursday to get married, I have a hairdresser appointment to put hair extensions in. It has spoiled my special , I would like you to send in speed two day delivery with correct length 18cm all at your cost if not resolved I will take to the top manager I have spend good money

Temu lost my order

ups lost my order ! they run the tightest ship in the shipping business! well apparently not! temu gave me a 13 dollar refund ... but i spent 155.00$ you think i would get at least 20.00...they split my order into 3 different orders got the other 2 in 6 days! from china is pretty good ! but they lost the only one that was a birthday present ...order #

Temu Employee through customer service

Hello ,

I was discussing what I needed help with , with an employee after waiting in a 205 deep customer service queue I was ignored three times. I was calm and collected the individual ignored me when I asked for a manager or an email address to get me somewhere. The problem is it's created much anxiety. All I wanted help on was my parcel and I was continually ignored. I still didn't find information on my parcel. Then I was given the wrong information and told to contact the courier.

Desired outcome: No idea gesture of good will or an apology.

Temu Delivery

Delivery: May 15-18

Get a £5 credit within 48 hours if delivered after May 18 ha had it is 21st May you have allocated an agent to sort this out but no communication from them. I registered a complaint with Evri which is pointless 2 days later they phone and apologised for delivering to wrong address. You re sent BUT nobody reprogramed your BOT it still thinks package was deliver5on 7th May

Resent package got lost at your Air port. You now think it is at UK airport
BUT u used Evri again, u must be mad, thy can't find it see attached
Do you want to male a third attempt at this order and use the Post Office not Envri then it will arrive!

I ordered about 10 items and was told my order was split into 2.

I received every other one of my order except the remaining bits of the kitchen grater that I ordered for as well.

only part of it was delivered.

I have it marked as delivered on my app and this shouldn’t be the case because I have not received the rest of it.

The picture shows the the part of the order I received and I am still expecting the rest of this.
