My first issue was the "con". The initial page (on 11-1-25) enticed me by saying that I would get $100 back and it wanted me to select which method and I selected PayPal.
Only AFTER my purchase was it disclosed that it was coupons, allowances and credits!
Only after the first reply from TEMU did I KNOW that I "can search for "rewardsback" on the Temu homepage and return to the event page for 7 consecutive days to claim your reimbursement reward."
I told them that I had to "return to the event page for 7 consecutive days to claim your reimbursement reward." but I did not know where to return to!
However, NO PLACE, ANYWHERE, DID IT SAY WHERE TO GO when I first ordered and got my first (coupon) reward! See attached.
I did attach a screenshot, as proof, that said "You've earned eared $100".
My complaint, is that I LOST A $5 credit, a $30 allowance and $30 in coupons all of which require more purchases. I did get the $10.00 Paypal, which they reduced t0 $9.77 for some strange reason.
I could never get back into that same page by searching for "rewardsback" as instructed, and I lost another $30 allowance plus a $15.00 Temu credit.
That totals a promised $110.00
TEMU has the power, authority and ability to fix this BUT THE REPS (even a Senior rep) REFUSES and they just send nonsensical and repetitive emails about how to get my rewards, over and over again.
Reported this already to the Better Business Bureau as a public record/complaint
