I was scammed by this company and they won't stop calling.
His company has been harassing me for years. First it was the computer scam. Then i got a call regarding my car insurance. They call me non stop up to 20 times a day. They call from so many different numbers and it's always the same guy. I started hanging up on them, but now i am considering filing a civil suit. They started just calling my cell. Due to seizures, i moved in with my mom and they got a hold of her number and call so much it's causing me severe anxiety. I read another post above regarding them getting into the banking system and now i am so angry. I now have to go to the bank and take care of this issue. What will it take to make this stop. I even call the number's back and of course the number is not taking calls. Is anyone else trying to file a civil suit? Has anyone filed a civil suit? I would appreciate hearing from anyone who is considering or has filed a civil suit. With a seizure disorder stress is the worst trigger for me. Next, i am wondering if they will show up at my mom's.
Tech Help with Lenovo Laptop; Refund PROMISED and NOT RECORDED per CHASE
I was called by Tech Fix Now. They said they were returning my fee. Had not realized they had double charged me as I am currently suing Band of America whose credit card I used for payment.
They PROMISED the call would only take a few minutes of my time. I REPEATEDLY asked for the full name of the company and direct phone number, as well as the name of the owner. This was NOT provided. Nor did they answer any other questions at all. I did everything they asked.
I was at work, and could NOT afford to lose my job. I was assured it would take less than 20 minutes. They LIED. I lost my job.
They kept asking for more and more personal and banking info from my Chase debit card account. I don't use online banking EVER as I worry about fraud. They got full access to my personal info before I knew what was occurring. I have been very ill, I have terrible eye sight, and I am a senior citizen. Still they said this was the ONLY way I could get a refund.
They claimed they refunded my money. I called Chase ASAP. There is NO record of a refund whatsoever. i am ALARMED. And I lost my full time job.
Knowing I had paid a company once (not twice) for emergency help I have spent over 1, 000 hours of my time trying to locate the links this co had set up for me. EVERYTHING was GONE. Why wasn't I informed if there was going to be a change AHEAD of time?
In addition they had called me numerous times waking me up from a solid sleep when I was extremely ill over the past week. I do NOT answer the phone if I do not recognize the phone number even when i am well. NEVER did they bother to leave a message. They have NO customer service skills.
Everyone I spoke to today was extremely DEMANDING. I tried calling the supposed co owner, Alan Jones, (a fake name I'm sure) multiple times. I asked for the company address. Repeatedly "Mr. Jones" hung up on me. FRAUD.
They said they were Microsoft and they were the only ones that could help me
I was using my computer 12-15-15, this screen came up telling me have a virus, and to call this number. I could not x out of this screen, so I called the number, they said they were from Microsoft and my virus protection service could not fix this problem, and they were the only ones that could fix it. I was very reluctant to pay the 299.00, but could not use my computer, so I let them into my computer and paid the 299.00. About 2 weeks later they called me again, telling me I had a virus on my computer, I ask them how they knew this, and they gave me the run around, I got very angry with them and said how can you tell I have a virus, I am at work and not using my computer. They kept telling me I have a virus, I finally said no I do not, and hung up on them. Today I got a call from they telling me they are going out of business and would like to refund my money. I was at work, so they said they would call me this evening at a time we set up. Time is here now and no call. I was duped once, and I will never let them in my pc again or believe anything they say.

TechFixNow - Unauthorized charge
I found unauthorized charge made by Tech Fix Now on my bank statement. They described this charge as payment for their computer services and I asked them to send me confirmation of this deal. They stopped answering my emails. Did they really think that I can believe in their lie?
