Premiere Copier

Premiere Copiers keep calling us like crazy, man. They don't listen to what we say, and they're always trying to force us to buy their stuff. We ain't gonna go with them, even if we wanted a copier, because they don't care about us as customers. They even demanded to speak to the boss and then hung up on me! They did the same thing last week too. Pushy sales is not cool, and it makes me think the other reviews are right about these guys. You better watch out before you trust them, dude.

premiere copier inc is a bad company. they don't communicate well. i got a contract for $2000. i signed it and gave them what they needed. but they haven't responded in weeks. this has been happening for a year.

Premiere Copier is not a good company to do business with. They took advantage of a small non profit church. We had a copier that was working well, but they said they could no longer service it. They offered to pay off the old one and set us up with a new one at the same price. However, we later found out that they never paid off the first copier. Now we have two payments for two different copiers that we don't even use. In addition to the loan payments, which total $26,000 if we want to pay off both, they were also charging us per print. We unplugged the copier and now use a desktop printer. Premiere Copier is doing some shady business, so make sure to do your research before entering into any contract with them.

We got 2 copiers from Premiere in April . They said they'd pay 1/2 of our lease on one machine. But now they say they can't do that. They'll reduce our payment by $100, but that actually increases our payment by $500. They want us to pay off the first lease. I have emails from 2021 until now.

So, I gotta say, my experience with Premiere Copier Inc. has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I mean, I got this email from the big boss man saying they had our copier and would hold onto it for us, no charge, until we were ready to pick it up. That was back in April. Fast forward to May, and we finally ask them to deliver it to us. And what do they say? They don't have it! Apparently, it's leased through some other company and they lost it or something. But here's the kicker - they're denying that they ever had it in the first place, even though I got that email from the boss man himself. So now I'm stuck in this lease that I don't want to be in, and I just want them to either cover it for me or give me the dang copier that I'm supposed to have. Like, come on guys, get it together!

I got a copier from Premiere Copier 5 years ago. I got it for 63 months. I paid $19,000 for a used copier. Now they want $5,000 to buy it or $3,000 to return it. That's too much. I tried calling the office and *** but no one answered. The machine is worth $1,000 max. They sold it for $24,000. That's crazy. Also, I asked for service but they didn't fix it. I can't get anyone to come back.
