Good day

I am not sure who to contact anymore as I am not getting any satisfaction on my order that was placed, keep leaving a message for someone in management to phone me back.

The following order was placed on the 4th of September 2023: ( KINDLY NOTE WE TOOK THE OPTION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PAID THE COSTS )

• Marlton Garden Bird Seed – 1kg - STILL NOT RECEIVED

• 4.8v 45 Piece Wireless Cordless Screwdriver Rechargeable - STILL NOT RECEIVED

• Chic Hair grips - Received on the 6th of September

• Revite Earth Essens Citornella - Received on the 6th of September

• Soil Organic Eucalyptus Oil - Received on the 6th of September

• Soil Organic Lemongrass - Received on the 6th of September

• 7 Piece mini c blue line metal drill bits - Only received today 11th of September

Take a lot delivered two boxes on the 6th of September 2023 which should have been the full order, only received the items as listed above, after numerous phone calls and frustration a driver was send to collect the second box which contained the wrong item – DOGGY CHEWS – unbelievable , again after numerous phone calls and frustration the agent listed the missing items to be replaced, again unbelievable today we received on the 7 piece mini c blue line metal drill bits, NO 4.8v 45 Piece Wireless Cordless Screwdriver Rechargeable AND NO Marlton Garden Bird Seed – 1kg was received, how can an order go so wrong with such a big company. Phone again today to complain !

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS ORDER AS WE ARE SO SO DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION NO ONE SEEMS TO TAKE THIS SERIOUS !
