Ordered on May 1st order #413780 $97.50 and received confirmation on same day. Have not received any shipping info as yet and today is May 17. I emailed the company as you advised in your website but have received no response. Did the company sell everything and not bother to notify me.
I ordered previously from Jill's and had the product within two weeks.

I'm having similar problem. Ordered 9-2-2025 with order shown to be received and my bank account charged. Today is 10-16-25 and still now order. I sent Maria Goschin emails and she did answer but only to say that it will be shipped Tuesday. I have received no contact from them otherwise and their phone # is out of order. I did post on her Facebook account and did get a quick reply saying that it had shipped. If I receive this handbag it will be my last one from Laggos.
This is no professional way to do business.

UPDATE: 10-16-2025 I am amending my previous post as Maria Goschin has been very helpful in resolving the shipping issue with my order. I appreciate her help.
