On 23 February 2024 I have ordered 50 x 148g Jacobs Cappuccino however on the 1 March 2024 just 5 boxes of the 50 boxes ordered was delivered. Each box has 10 sachets of 14.8g each. Thus the total box equals 148g. The order was 50 x 148g. There is now way that 5 boxes accumulate to R830. being more than 4 times the regular price per box. My first order number is [protected]. I also have photos available to proof this statement. After numerous correspondence with Takealot, they advised that the 5 boxes must be collected and then the correct order will be dispatched. They have created a second order from their side with order number [protected] on 18 March 2024 and again on 19 March 2024 only 5 boxes was delivered. I have communicated with Takealot numerous times and in the meantime they have changed the display on the online shopping application. I however took a screenshot of the original order where it did not mention that it will only be 5 boxes. I just want the full order of 50 boxes of 148g Cappuccino as order. You will also notice various emails send back and forth between myself and Takealot. Kindly note that the attached emails will reflect numerous emails on 1 attachment.

Desired outcome: I just want the full order of 50 boxes of 148g Cappuccino as order.
