Takealot Samsung Curved Monitor

I ordered two Samsung Curved monitors with takealot.

Only one monitor was delivered.

I went to the Takealot pick up point in Bethlehem.

They said they would help me and get my monitor.

After have been there 7 times this still has not been resolved. They promised to call me back twice, which they did not do.

The last time I was there I said I want my money back. Then they said I have to take it up with the delivery company. This is unheard off.

Please help me sort this out with Takealot.

Takealot Incorrect item delivered

I ordered a Xbox series x on the 23rd November 2022 and it was delivered on the 27th November 2022. The box contained a ups and not a xbox. I immediately sent an email. Was told they're investigating and will get back to me. I logged a return as requested and the ups was collected on the 1st. I now been told I must wait for your processes before I get a xbox which can take anything from 2 days to 21 days. This was supposed to be a gift for my sons birthday the 4th. Takealot made the mistake but we must suffer the consequences. How ridiculous is that¡!

I am writing this email with due respect to file my complaint against the order Number: [protected]. I ordered a 1 x Five Star 5KVA, PWM 48V Solar Hybrid Inverter from your website and paid for the item on time, only to receive an incorrect product. I was told to follow the return process which I have done.

I have now received mail from Takealot as follows (Unfortunately the item that you wanted is not available and we have therefore credited your Takealot account.

We will automatically apply this credit towards your next purchase)

This is very unprofessional coming from Takealot, very poor service. As a client I have done everything from my side to ensure that my order is placed on time and payment is done on time. Takealot failed me as a client by delivering a wrong Item. For Takealot to now say the item is not available is not acceptable, Takealot is now pushing the risk to the client with very little care.

To go further the item that I paid for is still advertised on your Takealot site and this is an indication that Takealot is pushing the risk to me as a client, the item is still advertised on your website at a higher price.

I hereby request Takealot to deliver the correct Five Star 5KVA, PWM 48V Solar Hybrid Inverter and take responsibility instead of pushing the risk to me as a client.

I hope that you will take this matter into your consideration and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Takealot Eufy HomeVac S11 Go

I placed an order for this product that was on a Black Friday special. I chose this over other similar Black Friday specials that are no longer available. There was quite a long wait for delivery of this product, but I accepted this wait for the price (R2,499). I have just received notification that my order of this product has been cancelled as the product is no longer available. However, they are still advertising it on their app (albeit at a much higher price).

This is not the first time that this has happened when I have ordered products on special.

I cannot buy this product at the higher price (R4,499), and I chose not to make purchases of this product on other sites because Takealot has generally been a reputable site up until now.

I now believe this to be a ploy to get people onto the site.

Desired outcome: I would like to get the product I ordered at the price I ordered it.

Takealot delivery time

My ordet was not delivered today as I was notified, the got lost which doesn’t make sense to me because i always buy from takealot and I always receive my parcel. The delivery guy phoned me telling me he can’t find the adress and it was already after half past 4, and I specify that the place is a business which simply means the parcel should be delivered during the working hours. Now I’m receiving messages saying that i wasnt available to receive my parcel which is a lie

Takealot Online services

We are a seller on TakeAlot. Seller ID [protected]

We delivered 7 Oxygen Concentrators Konsung Brand in June 2022, however they were not accepted by JHB DC due to barcode missing.

I have called the TakeAlot Customer Care numerous times over the last 4 months, having spoken to the likes of

5. Waagiedah #[protected]

TakeAlot is in possession of our merchandise amounting to +- R100 K.

We have attempted to collect the stock but to no avail.

We would like this issue resolved as a matter of urgency otherwise we will have no choice but to hand the matter over to our Lawyer and NCC

Takealot I have a problem checking the description information on my last two orders

I made two separate orders of Fine health - PVC Interlocking tiles because it did not allow me to order more than 4 sets hence the 2 orders. It was delivered on 12 Nov 2022. The problem I am having is that it appears to be from different suppliers because the one set seems to be thinner (less than 5mm). I am unable to find the description of the product when I'm looking at the order to ascertain the thickness of the tiles. The Tiles are not meshing properly due to the discrepancy, and it would be unfair for me to write a review based on this mismatch. I would like to return the one lot, but I'm not sure wrapping is the correct one because I unwrapped all the tiles. I reordered another 4 square meters.

Takealot Wrong product delivered

On 2022-11-20 I ordered the Shiatsu u shaped neck massager and had it delivered as a priority so I could pick it up the next day (today), however, I received the wrong product which was the Heat Therapy Massaging Pillow. I returned it immediately as I was at the pick up point still. Do the pickers not look at the pictures? They are completely different products. I needed that today, now I had to order it again and hopefully I will receive the correct thing tomorrow. If not, I am going to the ombudsman,because why do I pay more to prioritize if I don't get what I paid for and now I have to wait for my refund. It is unacceptable. Please keep me updated on this complaint. I ordered the orange and Grey product and received the one in brown on other photo. Thank you

Desired outcome: Voucher and the correct product delivered for free as I now have to use double the fuel consumption to drive and pray I get the correct product.

Takealot Incorrect refund received on return

We ordered 25 of a specific item which was for our clients for the Festive Season. Unfortunately, most of the items were damaged when received. So, we returned all 25 items the next day. The total of the order was R11 240.00. We have only been refunded R4 044.00. Where is the rest of my refund and no-one will revert back to me. I have sent numerous complaints and e-mails. Surely this is fraught?

Takealot My order from takealot

I ordered usa - za electrical conversion plugs from takealot and on the day of the delivery I was not at home takealot has marked my order as signed by me and delivered but my items are not here, takealot should partner with the postal service or something to avoid packages getting lost, we are in africa here.

I attempted to find out how takealot deals with situations like this and i'm not impresses with the customer support system, every order should have a easy to locate help chat room or phone number to call, it is annoying trying to find out how to resolve this issue.

Takealot Narada Lithium Battery

I purchased a battery Narada 48v 100ah lithium battery from Takealot and now i have a problem that requires technical support and I can't get it because takealot on their documents said it was sold by Nexnovo which appears to be a company in Lagos that uses a financial company's number in south Africa which really got me worried as to why and who will provide support, the Takealot website doesn't give you a number to call instead i got a number through another source to try and call and no answer after an answering machines took the call. i paid R28000.00 to get this pathetic experience. i need someone to call me urgently i even tried to reach out to Kim Reid

Takealot Returns policy

I received delivery of my order on Wednesday 16/11/22. Upon opening the package an hour after the courier had left, I noticed that the item was incorrect as I had ordered Left and Right and received 2 Left sides. I proceeded to call the courier that had dropped the package off and she advised that I should take it to the Takealot Pick Up point to return the package. At the Pick up Point, the Takealot Staff member that assisted me advised that I should log a return on the app first, which I did then. She then refused to take the package as she mentioned that the Status on the return should be moved from assessed to return to completed before she could take the item back and she advised that it would change over night. 17/11/22 I went back to the Takealot offices again only to find out that the status has still not changed and they cannot take it back. Contacted their customer care 3 times and spoke to 3 different consultants after leaving their offices. Today is the 18/11/22 and I still have the package and the status still has not changed.! When you call the customer care, the prompts on the phone exlpains how quick and easy returns are (what a load of sss)

Takealot Seller portal

I have been a seller on takealot for over a year now and can I tell you how negligent these people are with the sellers stock. Every single shipment that has been sent to takealot one or many items have been missing

Either takealots staff have sticky fingers or their warehouses need better quality management or they need to review their entire system of receiving goods

They have lost a total of 30 items costing me way over 500k

They take months to relocate the goods sometimes with no luck

They return phones that have been used by the customer back to me... How was I supposed to resell that n the reason for the customers excuse is I changed my mind.

Some returns Come back others get lost.

They need to review their term n conditions with returns.

I even had a phone returned to me with the wrong IMEI no. On the box

So either the customer put a broken phone in the box took my phone and returned a broken phone.

This is one out of many reasons why they are the worst platform to sell your products

They immediately deduct the money out of the sellers account without doing a proper investigation into the customers return.

Absolute disregard for the seller, we must bare the brunt.

I'm so sick of their disgusting service, I hope Amazon.com puts them out of business

Takealot Profile duplications

Good afternoon. Sorry to request assistance on this platform. I have asked on the app under the help section to guide me with multiple profiles assistance.

I have bought a 16 channel Hikvision camera set for R7199 on take a lot including 3 x 100 cables.

The camera system was out of stock and i re-ordered paying R8186 and the 3 x 100m cables was delivered as per order. This was on the 5th November 2022.

My problem is one morning when i checked up on my takelot account I was logged out and when i logged in it was on a different acount not showing the camera set2.

Will it be possible to merge the two accounts so I can track the camera set please

This has been going on for a few months.

Takealot Delivery problem

Good day, I made an order by 1 November and the order was suppose to be delivered by 5 November and it was not and was promised that it will be done by the 7 November and still not, called Takealot delivery about this on the 8 November as I waited the whole day for the delivery. today on the 9th I called again and no effort it done to make sure it done today since it very late and could not surprise my son with his birthday gift and they just ruined my son birthday. Takealot Delivery of products

I, Louis Zaayman, ordered a Goldair 320 L fridge (Order #[protected]) on 24 October 2022.

Delivery was scheduled for 3 November 2022 before 5 pm, with “Fast and Furios” couriers.

It is now 4 November 2022 21:42 pm with no delivery or communication from couriers.

Need the fridge urgently for cooled products which are inspected by Japanese clients on 6 November 2022.

My number and email is on the order.

Service is bad, bad!

But what happened shocked me, the 21st KEY which was the priority in that order was not there but the box was sealed.Please help me.

Takealot Returning a Mixer

I bought a mixer and received the wrong one..within 10 minutes of opening the package the same day I called for it to be returned. Why do I have to pay for something immediately if you don't collect the wrong parcel immediately and return my money?

This is the second order in a row that was incorrect ..it is just unacceptable that I have to wait for days before you collect a parcel where your people are at fault.

Desired outcome: I would like a same-day return when something you sent was not what i ordered.
