JacquieLawson Good cards but music often dreadful & site is overly intrusive to, & demanding of, card-recipients!

As in title.

The music is sometimes good classical pieces but often seemingly own-composed dreadful stuff.

There are very few comedy cards.

Worst of all, my friends have told me that, when they're sent cards from me, the site keeps emailing them to open the card AND to click to say thank you! - how dare the site keep thus harassing my friends when all I'd wished to do was to send them e-cards!

Recommendation: Find a less intrusive e-card company - this was the first e-card company but now it's not the only one.

JacquieLawson No customer service department

I renewed my subscription as I’ve always we happy with the cards and music. Now the cards are talking vs music! No notification! I’ve emailed the HELP link, 3 times, without any response. Unacceptable and they don’t offer refunds which is robbery when you haven’t used the new subscription. I have no other option than to call my bank and decline the charge. Bad business management

Tonight after midnight my time in the U.K. £36.00 was withdrawn from my bank account at Virgin Money. I have no memory of ever subscribing to JacquieLawson.com. I am Phillip Winston Whidden. Maybe my wife subscribed years ago. She was Margaret Whidden. She is dead. I most definitely do not want to subscribe to your company, JacquieLawson.com. Please refund the £36.00 to my bank account and let me know you have refunded it. The last four digits of that bank account's number are 7593.

Claimed loss: £36.00

Desired outcome: Refund of the £36.00 directly to my bank account and e-mail telling me the money as been refunded.

I am also concerned that the cards I sent yesterday may not be delivered. I paid and joined yesterday for £24.

JacquieLawson Can't log in asked to reset password but no reply

Have been trying to login for 4 days since Friday 29th March to send Easter cards. Password and email refused. Asked to rest password but have not been sent a link. I have requested a reset link at least ten times with no response. I have been a member for several years and am upset that I cannot send cards to my friends for Easter. Easter is only once a year and today Easter Monday is my last chance.

i signed up on 6th dec 2024 and from 16th dec have been unable to login - they don't recognise my email or pasword, can't rest password. Have emailed company twice, filled in their online recover details and still nothing. so frustrated and i paid for 2 years - i am forever hopeful that this company will contact me otherwise i will go back to my payment issuer to see if they can cancel my order

JacquieLawson Difficulty in canceling my subscription

I have not used this service at all this year and so I wanted to cancel my subscription. Looking on their website I found any contact information for the to be non-existent. No phone contact and no customer service. I did however find an automated texting link. Sounds great until you use it, after about 4 minutes it disconnects. I recommend finding a different online greeting card company. The lack of customer service is not worth signing up with them. UGH.

Desired outcome: Would like some kind of customer service to be available for its customers.

Most on line companies would have some sort of contact information, Jaquie Lawson should be among them.

Bob, well I can't find it. They really really don't want to hear from their customers, especially if teh want to cancel. I wrote to them saying that my fater had died & got no reply - normally most firms manage a bit of action at "bereavement". My wife can't cancel hers either. Dreadful company.

JacquieLawson Jacquie Lawson charged a renewal I did not authorize

This complaint is about renewing my membership without my request. I never check marked for them to do this. Hard to get corrected.

I have used JL for several years but this year decided not to renew.

They sent info on me renewing but decided not to so did not resign up and JL decided on their own to charge my card for two years. I did not authorize this and I am having a hard time getting them to respond . I tried going up to my account to contact them - It is not clear how to talk to customer service to get this cleared up. I am on a limited income and this chaarge put my bank account in a low balance. Where is a phone number to contact customer service. Help is not responding.

JacquieLawson Birthday Cards

I have had problems login in to Jacquie Lawson. When I do get in I select a card and fill all the details. When I click to send I am told the card does not exist. This has happened to day and on previous occasions.

Today I had great problems logging into Jacquie Lawson. I selected a new birthday card of a forest Fairy. When I tried to send I was told this card did not exist. I tried different way and eventually the card went to pending to be sent on 30th Oct.

This problem has now existed for about 6 months. I have only just found out how to bring the problem. If it cannot be fixed I will have to find an alterative

JacquieLawson Jacquie Lawson cards

I have spent several hours trying to access my account since my original email address was hacked. The final step was when you sent me to a commercial support where I would need to pay for solving this issue. I have used Jacquielawson cards for well over twenty years and to be told that I did not supply you with enough information for you to find my account is not only but frustrating but insulting. The people that I have sent cards to over the years and have loved them and I really hate to give this up., I am hop[ing that somebody in your organization can solve this problem. I have been able to change almost all my other accounts with little or no trouble what is wrong with your system.

Desired outcome: to be able to reactive my account with my new email address and a new password!

JacquieLawson My signature and password keep being rejected!

Dear jacquie lawson help

My signing in worked once, when I changed my password, oce again, as was requested by you help desk.

But I just tried it again and it is not working, again!

It states my email and password are incorrect.

What is going on with jl?

This is totally unacceptable!

I have paid my subscriptions. I have changed my passwords at least three times, and I am still unable to sign in.

I have four recipients to whom I wished to send a card, and I cannot sign in.

This is not working! Totally unacceptable! And it has gone on far too long.

As I said previously, I believe jl has turned into a scam!

I now demand my money back!

Totally dissatisfied!

JacquieLawson JacquieLawson.com Online Membership - A Nightmare Experience of Customer Service & Subscription Management

So, let's talk about JacquieLawson.com and the challenges I faced with their online membership services!

First and foremost, I must admit my error of clicking on the automatic renewal button without knowing the repercussion. As a result, I was charged multiple times for an account I had not accessed since 2013. However, when I attempted to manage my subscriptions and change this automatic option, I encountered a plethora of challenges.

Unfortunately, the biggest challenge I faced with JacquieLawson.com was their customer service. It was a nightmare! Despite my attempts to contact the company and rectify the situation, I found their representatives to be dismissive, unresponsive, and completely unsympathetic to my concerns.

Furthermore, I had moved multiple times in the past, and I had no means of keeping my old email address associated with my account. Therefore, each time I tried to access my account or rectify my payment issues, the website denied my login credentials. I also could not change my email address as the account recovery feature did not allow me to complete the process. This was a hugely frustrating experience.

In conclusion, I was let down by JacquieLawson.com big time! Despite being a long-time user, I found the whole customer experience to be dreadful, forcing me to ultimately cancel my account. It is a shame as I enjoyed the quality of their e-cards but if I had the chance to turn back time, I would not opt for automated renewal again!

JacquieLawson Unethical Billing Practices from JaquieLawson.com: A Warning to Others

I recently had an extremely disagreeable experience with JaquieLawson.com that I feel compelled to warn others about. As an elderly person on a limited budget, I was unable to afford the $30 renewal fee for my subscription to the site. Thus, I did not update the credit card I had originally registered with them, assuming that it would prevent any payment from going through. To my great distress, I found out that this was not the case when the funds were deducted from my new credit card, which I had never given them permission to use. How they obtained and used this information without my consent is deeply concerning. It is absolutely unacceptable for any company to take funds from unathorized cards in this manner, and I believe it should be against the law. Naturally, I immediately sent two emails to JaquieLawson.com inquiring about a refund and requesting an explanation of their actions, but I heard nothing back from them. This has left me feeling very frustrated and disheartened. I would highly advise anyone who is considering using JaquieLawson.com to think twice and avoid them at all costs.

JacquieLawson.com is an online greeting card and ecard provider that offers a wide range of beautiful and high-quality ecards for various occasions. As per one of the users, they wanted to cancel their membership within a week of signing up for the service. However, they found it challenging to navigate the website and follow the cancellation process. Even though they were computer literate, the directions were confusing, which made them reach out to the Chat support team for assistance.

Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be far from pleasant as the person on the other end of the chat was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They refused to provide a refund even though the user only had a week of membership. JacquieLawson Disappointing experience with Jacquie Lawson's customer service: Advent calendars didn't work and no assistance provided

As an avid customer of Jacquie Lawson's online platform for many years, I cannot express my disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I have had with their customer service. For years, I have been a loyal patron, sharing their advent calendars with loved ones during the holiday season and many other e-cards throughout the year. However, this year, out of the 29 advent calendars that I had purchased, an astounding 17 were not installable and simply did not work. Needless to say, I felt cheated, and sadly, so did the recipients.

The pandemic has been hard enough on us all, and the joy of sharing e-cards with those we love has been a small reprieve from the chaos. But it seems that even small joys have become a source of frustration thanks to the lack of customer service provided by Jacquie Lawson. I am deeply disappointed to say that, despite my attempts to reach out for assistance, I have yet to receive any real help from their customer service team.

I must say that I regret prolonging my membership for another two years recently, as the lack of support from the company has been incredibly discouraging. Even sending several messages has not yielded more than an automated response that states that "they have received my message and will reply shortly." What an atrocious way to treat customers, especially those who have been loyal to the brand for so long. Shame on you, Jacquie Lawson!

Nevertheless, I remain hopeful that Jacquie Lawson will take steps to rectify this situation, and I am hopeful that my past experiences with their product were not simply a fluke. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

JacquieLawson Jacquie Lawson's 2017 Advent Calendar Review: Charming but Frustrating Glitches

Jacquie Lawson is a website that offers a variety of lovely electronic cards and interactive advent and other holiday calendars that have received widespread acclaim for their charming animations and delightful themes. Having thoroughly enjoyed the 2016 Advent Calendar, I was eagerly looking forward to the 2017 Alpine Calendar this year. However, to my disappointment, I have encountered a frustrating glitch while accessing the program.

While I am able to complete the daily activities on the calendar, I am unable to return to the main scene of the calendar, resulting in having to re-download the program to access it again. Additionally, after creating a beautiful Christmas tree and attempting to display it, I was disheartened to find that nothing I had done was showing up on the village scene anymore. Despite reaching out to the company for support, I am yet to receive a response even after three days.

While I am generally a fan of Jacquie Lawson's delightful creations, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that in the future, they will address this issue so that other users can enjoy their products without encountering any problems.

JacquieLawson JacquieLawson - Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service

My experience with JacquieLawson (jacquielawson.com) has been nothing short of frustrating. Although I was gifted an Advent card by a dear friend, I have been unable to access it despite countless efforts. Every attempt to access the card has been futile, and when I brought this issue to the attention of their helpline, I was greeted with a dismissive response.

Customer support at JacquieLawson is severely lacking. They do not offer phone support, which seems absurd in this day and age where communication is so easily accessible. I was surprised to find that they have no desire to provide personalized solutions that would address their customers' concerns. Instead of offering practical advice or solutions, I was simply sent the same unhelpful information that had failed me before.

It's apparent that the company's rigid and inflexible system is not designed with its users in mind. The lack of flexibility in their policies is alarming, and their reluctance to offer any real assistance is disheartening. It's concerning that they seem to care more about adhering to their protocol than satisfying their customers.

To make matters worse, I am unable to give this company a rating of zero stars for their lack of service. It's disheartening to see a company care so little about customer satisfaction, and I would never recommend using their website as a result. I hope that they take this review into consideration and work on improving their customer service in the future.

JacquieLawson Unexpected Charges on Nordic Calendar from JacquieLawson.com - A Troubling Experience

Recently, I had an experience with JacquieLawson.com that I feel compelled to share. I had sent a Nordic Calendar to a relative in 2020, and she just informed me that she had to pay $5.00 to open it. This came as a surprise to me, as I had already paid for it in bulk, and I can only assume that other recipients of the calendar may have had the same experience but had been too polite to tell me.

I decided to investigate the matter further and have reached out to other recipients of the Nordic Calendar. As I eagerly await their responses, I have contacted Jacquie Lawson's support team regarding this issue. I will be expecting a timely and appropriate response from them, as well as a credit to my account for the extra charges my relative had to pay. If this matter cannot be resolved, unfortunately, I will need to escalate this to the appropriate British authorities.

However, I am hopeful that this issue is simply a technical problem and not an act of someone within the company attempting to line their pockets. Despite this unfortunate issue, I still find JacquieLawson.com to be an exceptional website with a great selection of e-cards and calendars. I hope that the support team addresses this matter with urgency and transparency to preserve the company's excellent reputation.
