Damian Brown Construction - Be careful, it's fraud.
I would not recommend Damian Brown Construction after a dreadful recent experience with the job. An hourly contract was entered into to complete the job and they proceeded to poorly manage both costs and timelines by invoicing more than $20, 000 above original estimates. Be careful, it’s fraud.

Sam Hall Construction was hired to build our garage. They signed a contract stating the job would be completed in two weeks. They worked for about 3 days and never returned. The work that was done was shoddy and had to be fixed. They refused to come back or return our money.

Nocentino Homes - Unfinished work
Bob Nocentino walked us through our home on settlement day knowing he had about 10 items that were blatantly not done, some of which are very costly. He has broken his contract and has not honored the 1 year inspection which would require him to fix items that were either broken or not complete. He has no integrity and I would urge anyone thinking of building with Nocentino Homes to look elsewhere.
