After a very rude salesman came to our home I called the next day to complaim and was told he was"let go"and would we please allow someone to come again.We did and signed with the company.Work was to beginn in April and be done no later then August.It is now Nov.5th, 2008 and it is still not done. We have had dirty Durashield placed in the basement, shield not placed compled down to the floor thus allowing flooding, plants that were taken up but back in roots exposed. My concern is that we are paying over $12000.00 for this job. We gave a downpayment of $5760.00 and I feel that this contract has been broken by the company seeing that it is well into November and still not done. I also have had to listen to the owner rant at me for no reason and threaten to "pull his crew and not finish the job". I have had to clean up after they leave and not once has the same crew been to my home.
I could be writing this...we had the same problems
We also had Everdry do work about 13 y ears ago and have had nothing but problems. The crew that came out had no clue what they were doing and pretty much destroyed our basement. It flooded twice and did over $3000 worth of damage and of course they didnt pay anything. The idiots had the water recirculating back into the house constantly. It made this pond size hole in my yard. We had to pay an actual experience contractor to fix their work. My sump pump use to run constantly because of them. We went thru 4 pumps. Since I had an 'real"' business do the work my pump only comes on now when I do laundry. Whenever I hear people considering doing business with Everdry I tell them DONT.
