This company will send you enquiries for building materials on open credit terms. First payment will be made on time to build up confidence. After that, they will send you a big enquiry and commit to open a bank LC within a few days of delivery. They will never pay for that purchase. BEWARE OF THIS HIGHLY FRAUDULENT CONTRACTING COMPANY. They haven't paid many suppliers in Dubai and have several court cases.

I think about it and wanted to refuse, but the rep said that they would penalize us for $2, 700.
