I've purchased 2000 sq.ft of wide bamboo flooring and trim parts from www.FloorUS.com (they also sell on ebay). 2.5 months and 20 emails later - no bamboo flooring and no refund. I'm in the process of trying to figure out how to get a refund of almost $7,000.00 from them. The company is dishonest. Do not order from them.

I would like to advise all consumers who are looking at getting there driveway(s) paved, these men are crooks they come to your home, sweet talk their way into making you sign with there company, they will take a $200 deposit and they will never pave your driveway. We have contacted them several times they hang up on us and we have basically lost our $200 please do not make the same mistake we have.
