Surprice Car Rentals review: Honda Civic Plate: DK24DD not a full size car

Rented car on 7/30/2026 6:50pm. Paid 221.00. If we have insurance (we have USAA full coverage) $100. would be returned to us. On Aug 2, 2026 returned car and was charged $100. additional instead of reimbursement. We showed our coverage print out. Surprice owe us $200. Car was dirty under seats, needed new tires/the old ones were noisy and a smell inside offensive. We were cheated by them, we could have rented at airport for less. But, Priceline said we had a deal, where is the deal?
