Super 8 review: Surprisingly poor

Was granted a voucher from airline due to flight delay. Hotel staff appeared to scam the voucher system by misrepresenting the airport shuttle schedule and availability, requiring the airline meal voucher ($12 each) for the “included breakfast” which was poor coffee from a broken machine, stale cold cereal and toast, and recommending Order Inn for delivered meals that were paid for and never arrived. Towels were literally threadbare, sheets and blankets stained with holes. Walls need a deep scrub to remove splattered unknown ick, and deep dusting. “Office workstation” was a desk in the lobby. Just a yucky experience all around.
