Sunshine Furniture – Mattress delivery/didn't take the old mattress as promised.

We bought a mattress with the stipulation that they take out old mattress when delivered. I was reassured by the sales person that this would happen. First they delivered the wrong mattress and then after receiving the correct mattress they would not take our old mattress as promised. Every time I tried to contact them I got a voicemail and they never returned my call. I put in a complaint to the BBB and they would not respond to the BBB. I finally went to social media and got their attention. They said that my son said to leave the old mattress which is a complete lie. They refuse to find a solution to the issue and just keep lying and putting the blame on us which is ludicrous. I will continue to go to social media and inform the good citizens of Tulsa about the horrible business Sunshine Furniture provides so they don't go through what we have been going through!
