I lived in the Sunrise Senior Living for 2 years and moved several months ago. I want to return to the Communilty and they want me to sign a new contract for a unit that is not ready to be occupied (i.e. carpeting needs to be installed.) Also as a former resident I am requesting the Admin Fee of $3000 be waived.

Desired outcome: move-in/occupancy dates align with readiness of unit.Admin fee waived
