I sent my wife to Sunoco on rogers st in Lowell ma to get my car inspected as it was due for inspection my wife calls me right before paying says the card was declined also when lowering my car on the drivers side they had it come down pretty hard I didn’t worry at first but upon her arriving back to the house I saw my driver side fender popping out like my door was still open and I took a closer look the bottom of my car fender was broken and out of place super pissed just for an inspection this is what I get wife don’t know anything bout cars so she didn’t notice but still they shall be held responsible already made a report to the local police dept I will be going in first thing Monday morning to deal with my vehicle being damaged while inspection was being performed absolutely unprofessional how do you mess up someone’s car then let them leave like you didn’t know you broke something if my wife can hear the loud bang from outside the shop there is no excuse for dishonest work

Desired outcome: Pending made a police report manager was not there aparently in Monday morning if not I will take them to court on a civil matter sue the company
