Sun Tan City review: Tanning

Hi,

I have an instant monthly pass to your Sanford Maine branch. which costs $90.00, and I live significantly far away from there (in Wells). So, sometimes I get there a few minutes before they close and sometimes they deny me and sometimes they don't. Yet, I can't seem to find any policy or sign that states you have to be there before a certain time (i.e.6:55PM or 4:55PM) This is frustrating because it costs me gas money and takes time to drive there just to get denied.

I mean you can't charge someone a $90.00 monthly fee and then only be open a few hours a day.

I would like to be refunded for my lost time and gas, both of which are very valuable.
