But they still charged me for it. I had to call customer service and it took forever to get through. When I finally did, the representative was not helpful at all and seemed annoyed with my questions. Overall, I would not recommend Mila Cares. They need to improve their customer service and billing practices.

I order from Mila Cares but when I check on delivery, it say I no have account. I call them and cancel order. Six months later, they charge my credit card. I dispute and call Mila Cares. They say they send to sales team. Few days later, they email me say my order ship. I call again and they say no refund unless I remove dispute. They want filter back too.

No live support and email responses are super slow. They really want you to subscribe to their service. It's annoying when you try to cancel and it takes forever because they want you to subscribe. Just get a Dyson instead. Here's how it went down for me. They took more than a day to respond to each of my emails. Day 1: I said cancel my order and give me a full refund on refills. Day 2: They said they could cancel or set up auto refill, but wouldn't do anything until I told them. Day 3: They said they cancelled it, but didn't refund me because they could set up auto refill. They asked if I wanted to set it up. I said no and told them to cancel it and stop holding my money hostage. Day ? We'll see if they respond. It's already been at least 4 days since they won't respond to my last message for another day.

I ordered from Mila Cares on Aug 19th. They said they'd ship in 2 days, but it's been 6 days and I still don't have my machine. They said they're out of filters, which seems like they lied. I emailed customer service on the 23rd to ask for a machine with whatever filter they have in stock, but they haven't responded in 15 hours and I still don't have my machine. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but they haven't done anything about it.

I got a Mila air filter and filtration system on April 26th, 2022. It's May 10th now and I still haven't received it. They keep asking Purolator about it, but there's no update. I paid $459.94 for it and I'm not happy that I didn't get what I paid for. I want a full refund or I'll have to do a chargeback on my MasterCard and maybe even take legal action if I don't get my money back.

I bought two air purifiers from Mila Cares on 1/15/22, order #W17442. They said they offer a one year warranty on their website. I got my units in February, but on 3/23/22, I had an issue with the fan and contacted them. They swapped out my unit, and I got it on 3/30/22. Unfortunately, the replacement unit was faulty too. They swapped it out again, and I got it on 4/20/22. But out of the box, a sensor was broken. Now, the second unit I received has started to malfunction. I asked for a full refund, but the company says they only allow refunds within 30 days, despite their warranty.

I got a Mila Cares air purifier from a store close to me and I was impressed with what I saw on their website. They started shipping these purifiers in February or March after a successful Kickstarter campaign. I bought mine in February. The purifier I got was new since it was packed well and the filter was sealed in plastic. When I turned it on for the first time, I heard a scratchy sound from the fan. I reached out to customer support and they said that other people had reported the same issue and it was a known problem. They said they would send me a new one and make it right. We kept emailing back and forth, but they eventually said they wouldn't replace or fix it.
