Beauty Brands Terrible Experience at Store: Wrong Charges, Rude Staff, and Botched Brows

Went to a store for a brow wax and shopped on clearance. They charged me the wrong price for the wax and didn't give me the discount on clearance items. Went back to the store and they rang the order again but the staff was rude about it. Plus, they charged me twice for a $60 product. I called the store later, but they didn't know what to do. They said the GM would call me the next day but it never happened. This is all shady business in my opinion, especially since my brows are now botched.

Beauty Brands Beware of Beauty Brands: Paid $40 for Products, No Delivery, No Response

So, I thought I'd give Beauty Brands a try, since their website looked pretty legit, right? But let me tell you, I should've listened to what other people had to say before placing my order. I coughed up over $40.00 for some products on April 28th, but have not received my order yet. They sent me one email saying they'd let me know when my order shipped, but that was pretty much it. I've tried emailing them 4 times already in the past 10 days, but haven't gotten any response. Their customer service number is just a dead-end, too. So, no products or communication at all. I had to go and file a complaint with my bank to try to get my money back. I'm telling you now, do yourself a favor and steer way clear of this company if you don't want to go through the same ordeal as me.

Beauty Brands Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: La Prairie Facial Cream Order Never Arrived & Customer Service Unresponsive

I wanted to share my experience with Beauty Brands. I purchased a bottle of La Prairie facial cream from their website for $164 and was excited to try it out. However, it has been almost a month and I still have not received my order, even though the confirmation email stated that I would receive it within 7 days. I tried to reach out to the customer service team through their email address, ***@buybeautybrands.com, but unfortunately, I never received a response.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to call their customer service number, which is listed on their website as ***654. However, the call never went through and I was unable to speak with anyone. I also attempted to send a message through their online chat room, but the message never went through either. It seems that no one is working online either, which is incredibly disappointing.

Overall, I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Beauty Brands. It seems that this company may be a total scam and I would advise others to be cautious when making purchases from their website. I hope that Beauty Brands can improve their customer service in the future and prevent others from experiencing similar issues.

Beauty Brands Unreliable and Questionable products: My Experience with BeautyBrands.com

I been shoppin on beautybrands.com for some years now and copped some good stuff. But not everything always go so smooth, ya know? A couple times, I paid for my order and then they cancelled it on me fo no reason. I contacted they customer service and they told me there be some folks tryin to resell they stuff in my area or somethin like dat. But dat aint me, I was just tryna grab me some deals and maybe get a couple things for my friends too. But nope, they didnt even bother talkin to me about it and just straight up declined my business.

And if that aint bad enough, I also got some expired and used stuff from them before. Like, come on, why even be sellin that kind of stuff? Dat aint right. I woulda thought a beauty company like Beauty Brands would be more careful bout what they sendin out to they customers.

I still order from them sometimes, but I always gotta double check my order when it come in now. Cuz you never know what kinda stuff you gon get from em.

Beauty Brands Shipping Delays and Lack of Communication from Beauty Brands

I gotta say, this beautybrands.com company really needs to up their game when it comes to their shipping. Honestly, I put in an order on July 2nd, and it's now July 19th and I still haven't even gotten a update on where my purchase is at. Like, what's the hold up? I'm usually pretty good at planning ahead and ordering in advance since I know how slow these folks are, but this wait time is beyond frustrating at this point. The product I ordered is something I use every single day and I'm down to fumes here!

Anyway, I do appreciate their "take 10" program. The discount is usually worth it, but right now I'm just not sure it is - especially with the lack of communication and prolonged wait times. Shoot, I'd rather pay a higher price at a store down the road since it's only minutes away, and I know I can rely on receiving the item promptly. C'mon folks, let's get it together over there!

Beauty Brands Terrible Customer Service and No Response: My Review of Beauty Brands Online Order

I recently made an online order on Beauty Brands on June 30th with my order number being 5562, but I still have not received my package yet. My credit card was charged, but it has been crickets ever since then. Despite reaching out through email multiple times, I have not received a single response from either email address listed on the website. I also tried calling the number that was provided by the website, but no one answered or returned my message. Even worse, I also tried to use the online chat today, but it seems that the feature does not even work!

Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. I do not recommend this company or any of their products at all. My trust in them has been greatly diminished. My advice for anyone looking to buy beauty products online is to shop from Amazon instead. At least with Amazon, you will have the peace of mind that you are going to receive a response and assistance when you place an order. Beauty Brands' lack of customer service is completely unacceptable.

Beauty Brands Beauty Brands Review: Confusing Prices, Unresponsive Customer Service, and Bait and Switch Tactics

Beauty Brands, oh boy let me tell you, it's a disaster waiting to happen. I was trying to place an order on their website and boy was I confused. They have so many different prices for the same product, I don't even know what is real and what's not. The prices kept increasing every time I refreshed the page. Talk about bait and switch tactics, they really got me good ya know.

I tried to contact customer service multiple times but it was like shouting into the void. No one ever answered the phone, only voicemail. When I did manage to get in touch with someone, they straight up lied to me. Can't trust no one these days.

To make matters worse, they didn't even have the items I ordered in stock. Can you believe it? I already paid and they didn't even have it. They tried to charge me more if I wanted the items that I already paid for. How is that even legal?

Their email response time isn't too bad but the replies never even addressed my concerns. It's like they don't even care. I've had enough and I'm reporting them to the Attorney General. I hope this helps others not have to deal with the same hassle I've had to endure.

Beauty Brands Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: Slow Shipping and Circulation of Order for Weeks

I gotta be honest, I ain't too happy with my experience with Beauty Brands. I put my order in way back on July 18th and it didn't even get shipped out until July 26th. Then they went and used the slowest shipping possible, so the order's been circling around me for what feels like forever! It got within 2 hours of my house on July 31st and then just went and reversed, heading south again. Now it's back to being like 6 hours away. Come on, y'all! I coulda just driven 25 minutes into town and picked the same thing up for just a tad more. Ain't no way I'm coming back to Beauty Brands after this.

Beauty Brands Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service from Beauty Brands

Yo, I was hyped to order some poppin' shampoo and conditioner from Beauty Brands 'cause they sent me an email with a sick deal for the brand I like. I go ahead and order the liter bottles of each, but when they arrive, I only get the dinky 10.1 oz bottles instead! Ay, the 'pitcher' on the website showed the big boy bottles, and the listing said it was for a bottle, not no baby bottle.
I been tryin' to contact their customer service by callin' three dang times, but ain't nobody pickin' up the phone. I dun left three messages, but they still ain't callin' me back. That's straight up weak.
Now, I'mma have to send this junk back to them and demand a refund. Ain't no way I'm trusting this company again, and neither should anyone else.

Beauty Brands Disappointing Experience with Beauty Brands: Unreliable Stylists and Inefficient Scheduling System

I had a really bad experience with Beauty Brands (beautybrands.com) when I was looking for a new stylist. I thought my search would be easier with this website, but it actually made things worse for me. I had a good stylist for my first appointment, but I was sorely disappointed when he didn't show up for my next appointment. I was left waiting for almost an hour, which was a complete waste of my time. I tried to get an appointment with another stylist at a different location. I was hopeful that this stylist would work out for me, but the day I was supposed to have the appointment, they called me at the last minute to say that she didn't show up for work.

I was so frustrated with BB that I decided to give it one more chance with another stylist. However, it turned out that the receptionist scheduled my appointment on the wrong day. I was partially responsible for not paying close attention to the text appointment time, but I was really at my wit's end with this whole situation.

In the end, I decided that I was done with Beauty Brands. I can't keep wasting my time and energy trying to find a good stylist on their website. I think they need to improve their scheduling system and make sure that their stylists actually show up to work. It's a shame that I had such a terrible experience, but I hope that others have better luck with Beauty Brands than I did.
