Sun Tan City review: Automatic debit of my account for 5 months after I put it on hold.

My name is Carolyn Meredith. The number that appears beside my name on the billing for my debit card is [protected]. I have been unable to reach anyone to discuss this matter and I don't have any other information regarding my account. I purchased a tanning package from my Huntington, WV SunTan City. I was to have unlimited tanning for April, May and June and was billed $101.24. I was told I could put my account on hold at any time. I did this in July as we have a condo at the beach and a pool in the back yard. I did not set foot in that place again. Today, my bank called and questioned the back that SunTan City had debited my account $101.24 every month for the past 5 months. At over $500 you can imagine how upset I was. I told them to stop the processing of the fees but I am furious at the way this was handled. Never did I authorize this amount to be debited to my bank account MONTHLY!. I think it only reasonable that I receive a refund as this appears to be a criminal offense.
