I strongly complain about the work of Sun International Tour Agency. Even after my final messages, I am not receiving any response. They only repeat general phrases like “it was our mistake” or “holidays should be happy days,” but there is no real follow-up, solution, or assistance. What is worse, they start closing my complaints without answering my messages, without any notification, and without even trying to help. This level of irresponsibility and lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
Claimed loss: I demand a full refund, compensation for extra expenses, hotel costs, lost holiday enjoyment, and physical and emotional distress caused by their mistakes.
Desired outcome: Full refund for above mentioned points.
