We have owned with Exploria Resorts since 2015. Our maintenance fees started out at $ 1372.20 and are currently at $ 3043.00 for 2 units. We are retired now and have ask them to please take back our deeds as we can no longer afford it. The fees are just going up at a rapid rate that is unreasonable. We were wondering if there is any kind of help out there for us.
