They initially sold me a pair of tickets for Lord Huron that were in the pit & wouldn't correct it except to tell me that I could sell them which I subsequently did. I received a message from StubHub that said tickets were sold yet I still had an obligation to pay for them on Klarna. I wish I had taken a screenshot of said message. I purchased a pair of actual seats which I'd intended originally. Another payment thru Klarna. Altogether I'm ending up paying Klarna almost $400 for a pair of modestly desirable seats.
Recommendation: Don't use StubHub unless you like being cheated.
That is a messy financial trap, and you have every right to be irritated. Here is the practical path: contact Klarna immediately and open a dispute for the first ticket transaction, attaching the StubHub message that confirms the tickets were sold. Klarna can pause or reverse that charge if you show proof that you no longer owe that debt. Also, escalate to StubHub's corporate team via email with the subject "Klarna Double Charge - Sold Tickets Still Billed" and demand they issue a direct refund or send a formal cancellation notice to Klarna. In the future, always screenshot every confirmation message before closing the browser. You can still untangle this, so move on it today.
