RoseFeels Uncomfortable Payment Process with Paypal on RoseFeels Website

So, I was trying to buy something for my hubby from RoseFeels and I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle. When I was trying to pay, I was confused about whether I could use my debit card or not. The option to take it directly from my bank was already selected and they were asking for access to everything, including all deposits and purchases for the last year! Like, what the heck? That's way too much information to give away, especially when it comes to something as private as your finances.

But, I really wanted to get this thing for my man, so I went ahead and allowed it. But then, I got an error message saying that they couldn't process my request at this time. Ugh, talk about frustrating. I was so uncomfortable giving away that much permission to something so private, and it was all for nothing.

Now, I know that this isn't RoseFeels' fault, but I just wanted to let you know that the customer experience with Paypal was really uncomfortable. I almost just closed the window and didn't buy anything at all. I wonder how many other people feel the same way and end up not buying anything from this company because of Paypal's confusing and intrusive payment process.

So, my suggestion is that maybe RoseFeels could look into fixing this issue with Paypal. A lot of people are really paranoid and picky when it comes to their private financial matters, and it would be a shame if this company lost business because of it. Overall, I still think that RoseFeels has some great stuff, but the payment process definitely needs some work.

RoseFeels RoseFeels Review: Great Products, Frustrating Payment Process

I gotta say, RoseFeels is a pretty sweet website. I was looking for a gift for my wife and I found exactly what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable and the products are top-notch. I was originally just gonna buy a ring, but I ended up getting a ring and three pendants because they were all so nice.

But let me tell you, I had some trouble with the payment process. They use Paypal, which is like a dinosaur from the 1990s. It was a real pain in the butt to use. I spent like 90-120 minutes trying to get it to work. I had to log in and out a bunch of times, and my credit card company thought it was fraud or something. I was getting pretty frustrated, and I may have said a few choice words.

I don't know why RoseFeels would partner with Paypal when there are so many better options out there. I mean, come on, it's 2021. Other online stores are ditching Paypal left and right. They should really consider offering other payment methods. It would make things a lot easier for their customers.

Overall, though, I'm happy with my purchase. The website is easy to navigate and the products are great. I just wish the payment process was smoother.

RoseFeels Disappointing Experience with RoseFeels: Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with RoseFeels. I was really excited to order some gifts for my parents for Mother's Day and Father's Day, but it's been over a month and I still haven't received anything. I even paid extra to make sure the gifts would arrive on time, but that was a total waste of money.

I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but it's been a total nightmare. Every time I get an email back, it's just some automated response with a link that doesn't even work. It's like they're not even reading my messages.

Finally, a few days ago I got an email saying that my address is "insufficient" and they're sending my package back to the sender. I have no idea what that even means, and when I asked customer service how to update my address, they just ignored me. It's like they don't care at all about helping their customers.

At this point, I just want my money back. But when I asked for a refund, they said there's nothing they can do. I mean, seriously? I spent a lot of money on these gifts and now I'm just out of luck?

Overall, I would definitely not recommend RoseFeels. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

RoseFeels Disappointing Experience with RoseFeels Family Tree: Poor Product Description and Customer Service

I recently bought a family tree from RoseFeels and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. First off, there was no option to add details about where the names should go on the tree. I mean, come on, isn't that kind of important? And the product description was seriously lacking - it only had details about jewelry, not the wooden tree I was buying.

But the real kicker was the customer service. I paid extra for VIP service, but it was anything but. When I emailed them on the last possible day for my order to arrive, they didn't respond for two whole days. And when they finally did, they asked if I could wait another week. I said no, and then they asked if I could wait two weeks. Seriously? I couldn't believe it.

And to top it all off, they wouldn't even refund my money in full. Apparently, this happens all the time - they don't deliver on time, people can't wait, and they keep the money without even starting on the product. It's a total scam.

I was buying the family tree as an anniversary gift, but I had to buy something else because of RoseFeels' incompetence. I would never use them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time or money on their products - they're not worth it.

RoseFeels RoseFeels Review: Scam-like Responses and Late Delivery Caused Stress and Disappointment

I recently ordered two custom Mother's Day gifts from RoseFeels, which were supposed to include my grandchildren's names and flowers on them. I even paid for faster shipping to ensure that I would receive them in time. The website stated that it would ship within 5-7 business days, but it has now been 16 business days and I still have not received my product. I have contacted the company countless times, but their responses have been scam-like and unhelpful. They keep putting me off with a "tracking link" that has been stuck in pre-shipment for the past week, which means that USPS has not even received it yet.

This situation has caused a lot of stress and disappointment for me and my family. We had to scramble to come up with alternative gifts for my Mom and MIL, which was not easy. Luckily, my sister is a talented artist and was able to hand-paint a gift for my Mom at the last minute. As for my MIL's gift, I had to design a version myself and print it at another company. It was a lot of work and hassle that could have been avoided if RoseFeels had been honest and delivered my order on time.

I am extremely disappointed in this company's dishonesty and lack of customer service. I'm not even bothering to ask for my money back because I have already turned them in as a scam company with my credit card company to get reimbursed. I would not recommend using RoseFeels if you want to ensure that you receive the gift and shipping you paid for. It's just not worth the stress and hassle.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with RoseFeels. I was trying to do something nice for my wife for Valentine's Day, you know, show her some love and all that. So I ordered her a gift from their website and paid extra for express shipping, thinking it would arrive in time for the big day. But nope, it took almost two whole weeks to get here! And when I finally opened the package, the item was broken. I mean, come on, what kind of quality control is that?

So I reached out to their customer service, hoping they could help me out. But it was like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them. I had to contact them twice just to get an update on my order and ask for a refund. And when I finally did get a response, it was pretty disappointing. They only offered to refund me a portion of the cost, $14, and suggested that I just glue the broken item back together. Are you kidding me? That's not a solution, that's just lazy.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend RoseFeels to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their products are clearly not up to par. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

RoseFeels Mixed Feelings on RoseFeels.com: Easy Navigation, Slow Delivery, and Underwhelming Product Quality

I recently made a purchase on RoseFeels.com and overall, I found the site navigation and product selection process to be quite easy. The site guided me through the product selections, designs, and name additions with ease. However, I did have a few issues with the projected delivery date.

I was buying two Mother's day gifts and the only timeframe given to me was a shipping range of 9-15 days. Mother's day was still 2 and a half weeks away, so I thought I had plenty of time. However, I did not account for manufacturing time or location. As it was leading up to Mother's day, I'm sure they were busy, and I later found out they were shipping from China.

I purchased two items, and the first was shipped 5 days after purchase, while the second was shipped 11 days after purchase. Unfortunately, neither made it before Mother's day. I would have appreciated a projected delivery date or range of delivery dates to be more informed as a shopper.

As for the products themselves, I had mixed feelings. The family wood sign was a little underwhelming, and one of my kid's names was printed on it twice. I checked the receipt, and his name was only entered once. As of this writing, I haven't gotten around to requesting a fix. I feel like I overpaid for this product because it looks printed and assembled, almost like they could have just sent me the pieces and let me put it together.

On the other hand, the keychain looked good, and I was happy with the way it turned out. Overall, I think RoseFeels has some great products, but they could improve their communication regarding delivery dates and quality control.

RoseFeels RoseFeels Customized Necklace: A Heartfelt Keepsake Worth Waiting For

When I stumbled upon RoseFeels' website on Google, I was initially hesitant to place an order. However, I decided to take the plunge and was excited to receive a confirmation notice shortly after. The notice also promised that I would be able to track the progress of my order, but unfortunately, that feature did not work for me. At this point, I started to worry that I may have been taken advantage of.

I decided to reach out to the RoseFeels team via email but didn't receive any response regarding the status of my order. This left me feeling a bit anxious, but to my relief, my order arrived 3-4 days later. I was pleased to see that the necklace I ordered (20-inch length) looked beautiful despite appearing slightly shorter than expected.

I had the necklace customized with a photo of my friend's son and I am positive it will be a cherished keepsake for her. Thank you, RoseFeels, for offering such a heartfelt product for those who've lost someone dear - it means the world to have something tangible to remember them by.

RoseFeels Mixed Experience with RoseFeels Shipping Policy - A Review

Upon ordering from RoseFeels, I unfortunately experienced some delays with my shipment. I had to request an update twice and was told that the standard shipping time was 18-23 days, even though it was advertised as 4-8 days. I was advised to be patient, but as time went on, I became more and more frustrated with the lack of progress. Eventually, I even contemplated canceling my order through my credit card company.

However, after sharing my concerns about the delay in shipping, the RoseFeels team asked me to hang in there a little longer. I was promised that my gift would be arriving shortly, and sure enough, it did arrive more than three weeks after the initial order was placed.

Unfortunately, by the time the gift arrived at its destination, I had already left to go home to my permanent residence. This meant that I wasn't able to give the gift to the intended recipient in-person before leaving. Although the gift was meant to be special before my departure, that unfortunately didn't happen. Despite this, I did hear from the recipient that they really appreciated the gift.

Overall, I did experience some setbacks with my order from RoseFeels. However, the team ultimately did deliver the gift and it was well-received. With that said, I would recommend that RoseFeels reviews their shipping policies to ensure that customers receive accurate information about their orders and expectations for delivery time.

RoseFeels Disappointing Customer Service from RoseFeels for Cancelled Order

As a customer of RoseFeels, I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with their customer service. I had ordered a leather bracelet as an anniversary gift for my husband, but unfortunately he found out about it right away and asked me to cancel it. I immediately reached out to RoseFeels to cancel the order, but I was met with unhelpful responses. The only response I received from them was at 3:30 AM for three consecutive nights, in which they argued with me and each email ended with the same confusing statement about an "increase in orders."

I found their lack of responsiveness and understanding frustrating, as cancelling an order should not have been such a difficult process. It's understandable that they may have a high number of orders to fulfill, but that shouldn't affect their ability to provide good customer service.

Despite this experience, I do appreciate the variety and quality of products that RoseFeels offers on their website, and I hope that their customer service improves in the future to better assist their customers.

RoseFeels Disappointing Experience with RoseFeels: Bracelet Fell Short, Customer Service Lacking

My experience with RoseFeels (rosefeels.com) has been less than satisfactory. I purchased a bracelet for my husband as a Father's Day gift, but when it arrived, I noticed a few issues that have left me feeling disappointed. Firstly, the font on the bracelet looks completely different than the picture on the website. I was hoping for a certain aesthetic but instead got something that doesn't quite meet my expectations.

To make matters worse, despite taking measurements of my husband's wrist to ensure the correct size, the bracelet is too small and tight, making it uncomfortable for him to wear. In fact, it's so tight that it's cutting off his circulation. This is a huge problem, especially considering that the leather strap has already started to split and unravel after only 24 hours of use. I can only imagine that it will get worse over time.

To top it all off, the customer service at RoseFeels has been terrible. When I reached out to express my concerns, all they did was send me the tracking number for the original purchase without addressing any of the issues I raised. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the high prices of their products.

The worst part is that now I won't have a gift for my husband in time for Father's Day because shipping took forever. Overall, I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience with RoseFeels and I would caution others against making a purchase from this website.

RoseFeels Disappointing experience with RoseFeels: Delayed shipping & poor quality personalized necklace

I recently had an experience with RoseFeels (rosefeels.com) that I want to share with others. I decided to purchase a personalized necklace as a gift for a loved one's birthday, with an expected shipping timeframe of 6-9 days. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for four weeks before it finally arrived on the 9th of October 2021 from China. Needless to say, it was too late for the birthday gift, and I had to purchase a substitute gift at the eleventh hour.

When the necklace finally arrived, I was dismayed by the quality. The pendant had a big chunk missing, presumably taken out during the engraving process. The letter 'J' was also imprinted incorrectly, and it didn't match the other engraving. I have attached photos to this review, and I encourage you to zoom in on the arrow near the J to see the issue for yourself. To say that the personalized necklace looked terrible would be an understatement.

To make matters worse, the company has been playing games with me regarding my refund, and I have had to lodge a PayPal dispute. This experience left me feeling so disappointed on different fronts.

Overall, I regret placing my order with RoseFeels, as their substandard products and tardiness in shipping are unacceptable. I would advise others to steer clear and seek out alternative vendors for their personalized jewelry needs.

I recently purchased a personalized necklace from RoseFeels for my mother which unfortunately left me with a less than satisfactory experience. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that my mother's birth stone was incorrect. Without hesitation, I looked at the return page on their website, which advised me to contact their customer service team.

However, to my dismay, I found their customer service to be poor and unaccommodating. Despite my repeated requests for a refund (which their website claimed was allowed), they only offered me a coupon to purchase another product. RoseFeels Disappointing Production Time and Customer Service from RoseFeels for Personalized Necklaces

I had recently placed an order for a personalized name necklace on RoseFeels, with the intent of surprising a loved one. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the production time and the length of time it took to receive my order. Compared to similar companies, the production time was notably longer and customer service left much to be desired. In particular, the only means of communication was through email and responses took up to 24 hours, resulting in a limited means of contact. It would be beneficial for RoseFeels to consider expanding their contact methods, such as live chat or phone numbers in order to better serve their customers.

Another issue that I faced was the delivery of my order. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to request for the order to be redelivered. However, the only available courier was unable to accommodate the request and it would have taken another 2-3 weeks for the item to be delivered. This extended delivery time would have resulted in a total waiting period of 2-3 months for my personalized necklace, which is excessive when compared to other companies that are able to complete such orders in just a matter of days.

Overall, I believe that RoseFeels has the potential to offer quality personalized items, but improvements need to be made in areas such as production, customer service and delivery. If these aspects can be refined, then RoseFeels could become a well-respected and beloved brand in the e-commerce marketplace.

When I came across RoseFeels, I was excited to order a bracelet for a loved one on their website. However, my experience left me doubting the legitimacy of the store. Despite placing my order in mid-November with an expected delivery date in early December, I received no communication from the store by the promised date, except for a PayPal receipt verifying my payment. RoseFeels Picture frame with song

Paid for expedited shipping and recieved it over a month late and when I recieved the product it was damaged. Then they wanna make me pay shipping to send it. This is crazy.they are not issuing me a refund…. Never ever let anyone buy from them again..I ordered on Feb. 12th payed for 5-8 day shipping and just recieved it today on march 20th. They have been no help and very short with me.. please help.

RoseFeels Personalised plant pot

Ordered a plant pot early December, paid faster delivery for in time with Christmas.

Arrived late and damaged, contacted the website straight away with the damage.

They offered to send another one.

Which nearly 2 months later haven't received, offered a part refund for the mess about. Not received.

I have messaged every week to get the same reply that it will be shipped 1-2 weeks. This isn't acceptable. I just want a full refund now. This was a gift and no longer needed and really has taken the shine of it.

RoseFeels Terrible Experience with RoseFeels: Unreliable and a Complete Waste of Time and Money

I had a terrible experience with RoseFeels. I was promised that my order would be shipped on a certain date, but it didn't happen. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they told me it was too late. I was so frustrated! It seemed like everything was going wrong from the start.

Eventually, they did offer me a refund for the shipping, which was something at least. But then, I never received my order! It's been over a month now, and I was promised that I would get it within days. What a joke! This company is a total scam. They're unreliable and a complete waste of time and money.

I can't believe that I still haven't received my item, and I still haven't gotten a refund either. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I would never recommend RoseFeels to anyone. Stay away from this so-called business!

RoseFeels Stunning Product with Confusing Delivery: My Review of RoseFeels

This product is absolutely stunning! I am over the moon with how beautiful it is. The delivery time was quoted as 4-8 days, which was a bit longer than I expected, but I was willing to wait for such a gorgeous item. When I received the notice by email that my product was shipped from Indiana, I was a bit confused. However, when I received the envelope, it said it was from Tom Smith in Indiana. I later found out that this was all fake and that the item was actually shipped directly from China after I placed my order. This is why the delivery time was longer than expected.

I did have a few questions for customer service, and I was happy to see that they responded to my emails within 24 hours. However, the first response I received just resent the same link I had already received by email about the shipped item. They didn't answer my question about why the link wasn't showing any updates about where my item was after 10 days. I was a bit frustrated, but I decided to wait a little longer for my product to arrive.

The second response I received from customer service was much more helpful. They asked me not to cancel my order and to wait a little longer for the product to arrive. I appreciated their response and decided to follow their advice. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase from RoseFeels. The product is stunning, and customer service is responsive. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone looking for beautiful products.

RoseFeels Disappointing Experience with RoseFeels: Frustrating Ordering Process and Poor Customer Service

It's frustrating because I was really excited about the personalized item I ordered from RoseFeels. However, I couldn't figure out how to edit the item once it was in my cart, which was a major annoyance. I recently had an experience with RoseFeels and I have to say, it was not a pleasant one. I was excited to order from them, but when I did, I was told that my order would arrive in just a few days. However, weeks went by and I still hadn't received any sort of update on my order. I decided to ask for a refund, but was told that my order had been "in process" for so long that they couldn't refund all of my money.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to escalate the issue to my credit card company for a refund. Suddenly, RoseFeels decided to "expedite" my shipment and put it on a boat from China for the next several weeks. This was incredibly frustrating, as they had tied up my money for so long without any sort of update or progress.

When my order finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it looked like something my 10-year-old could have put together with glue and popsicle sticks. It was clear that the quality was not up to par with what I had expected from the website.

To make matters worse, "Lisa" was the only customer service person I could reach, and it was clear that they were copy/pasting canned responses that didn't address my specific issue. Overall, I would not recommend RoseFeels to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality shopping experience.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience on RoseFeels. First off, the items on the site really need more description. All I got was a photo, no options for size or color or anything. And to top it off, I chose the 4 to 8 day delivery option during checkout, but it took a whole month for my item to arrive. And when I contacted customer service about it, they didn't even offer me a refund for the delivery delay. I asked for a refund multiple times, but it was like they were ignoring me. All I kept getting were these generic email responses telling me to wait for the item and relisting delivery options and times that weren't even stated on the website. They claimed it was running behind, but they didn't even tell me that until I asked where my tracking number was. It was like they were giving me the runaround. Honestly, I felt like I got scammed. RoseFeels Disappointing Experience with RoseFeels: Damaged Product and Slow Shipping

So, I gotta say, I ordered something from RoseFeels for my wife for Mother's Day. It took a while to get here, like almost a month, but I figured that was just because of the holiday and all. But when it finally arrived, we were pretty bummed out about it.

I mean, we spent a hundred bucks on this thing, and we even paid extra for the "VIP" service, but it came with damaged corners and the wood was all separating. Like, what the heck, man? We paid extra for this and it's not even glued together right?

It's a real bummer that not only did it take forever to get here, but now the gift is all messed up. I wish I could show you guys some pictures of it, but I don't think that's an option.

They told me it would be expedited, but it still took forever to get here. And I paid extra for that VIP service, but it didn't seem to do anything. I mean, thanks for taking my money, I guess.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with RoseFeels. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you're looking for something that's supposed to be special.

So, I was looking for a gift for my husband and stumbled upon RoseFeels. At first, I was a bit confused about the payment process. I wanted to use my debit card, but the website had already selected the option to take money directly from my bank. They were asking for access to all my deposits and purchases for the last year, which seemed a bit strange to me. But, I really wanted to get this gift for my husband, so I went ahead and allowed it. However, I got an error message saying that they couldn't process my request at that time. I was really uncomfortable with giving away so much personal information, but it wasn't the company's fault. I just wanted to let you know that the customer experience with Paypal was not great and almost made me not want to buy anything.

Anyway, I finally made the purchase and received the product. Unfortunately, on the first day, the 18KT started to come off and fade. I was really disappointed because I had spent my hard-earned money on it. I was not happy with the quality of the product.

Overall, my experience with RoseFeels was not great. The payment process was confusing and uncomfortable, and the product quality was not up to par. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for high-quality products.

RoseFeels I'm complaining about products, shipping, and services!!!

Right now I have an on going email conversation with customer service. It takes them about 2 days for someone to respond back. Not just that, they cannot and will not resolve the problem I have. I brought 2 products from your site and payed almost $30 in shipping for the products to arrive with 4 to 8 business day and yet it exceeded almost a whole month. Not only that, but so far only one of the item I ordered arrived, "broken." Mind you, before my order was even shipped, I emailed customer service about my order and about getting a full refund because the products I ordered will not arrive on the date and time I needed it to. whoever is emailing me back refuse to give me a full refund. They continued to say they will rush my order, only for me to wait almost a month to receive not bother my orders, just one and it's broken. I even told them I'm willing to sent their items back, once I receive the 2nd order. All I ask is to give me a full refund. Yet they refuse to give it to me! The person who is emailing me back just keep telling me they'll send out a new frame. I told them multiple times, that all I want is a full refund. And again they refuse and the same conversation happens all f***en over again! I just want my money back and you will get your items back too! What is so hard about that!?!

Firstly, I ordered a QR code sign and while there were many color options available, I found it difficult to choose without any references. For instance, the colors blue and green have such a wide range of hues, so it would be helpful if RoseFeels could provide some color samples to make the selection process easier.

Secondly, I was disappointed to find that there was no option to add a second line of text to my sign. This limited my creativity and I had to rely on the person creating my sign to have the common sense to achieve the look I was after.

Despite these criticisms, I did appreciate the overall quality of the product I received. The sign itself was well-made and looked great, and the QR code worked perfectly. RoseFeels Avoid RoseFeels - Disappointing Service and Non-Responsive Customer Support

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the online store, RoseFeels. I placed an order with them almost one month ago, and to my utter dismay, my order has yet to arrive. In the interim, I have received several emails, alluding to the COVID-19 pandemic and other excuses for the delay, which frankly, only seem to be excuses for their poor service.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact them through their "Contact Us" page on their website, I was met with multiple "failed attempts". It truly feels like this website is run by a group of amateur novices, who are inept at running an e-commerce operation.

Honestly, it is quite embarrassing for a business to function in such a way. The fact that it has taken so long for my order to arrive, and that I have not been informed properly on its whereabouts or any progress on its dispatch, has left me extremely disheartened.

In conclusion, I must urge you not to purchase from RoseFeels. Although I still hope to receive my order, it has been such a disappointing experience with such a lackluster customer service response that I doubt I will ever be back. Please save yourselves the trouble and find another online retailer that is much more reliable and responsive.

Let's dive deeper into the experience I had with RoseFeels. Initially, I was excited to purchase one of their stylish bracelets for my husband. I carefully measured his wrist which came out to be 7.5 inches - according to the product description, this size should have fit him perfectly. However, upon receiving the bracelet, I was disappointed to discover that it was too small for him to wear comfortably.

Concerned, I tried to figure out whether the circumference advertised referred to the inside or outside size of the bracelet. After doing some research and measuring the bracelet, I came to the conclusion that it was indeed the outside size advertised. My experience with RoseFeels was quite disappointing. I had been looking forward to receiving my item before Christmas, for which I had paid extra for expedited shipping. However, much to my dismay, it arrived well after the holidays had passed. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the company regarding the extra money I had paid for expedited shipping, they did not respond to my inquiry.

Furthermore, the item itself was not quite up to my expectations. The images on the website had looked far nicer than the actual product I received. The gold plates on the item with my kids' names on them were even slightly scuffed, giving it a lower quality appearance than I had anticipated.

As a customer of RoseFeels, I cannot express how disappointed I am with their service. I placed an order with them on October 21st and paid for expedited shipping, expecting to receive my items in a timely manner. However, as of today, December 5th, I still haven't received my order.
