Paid for expedited shipping and recieved it over a month late and when I recieved the product it was damaged. Then they wanna make me pay shipping to send it. This is crazy.they are not issuing me a refund…. Never ever let anyone buy from them again..I ordered on Feb. 12th payed for 5-8 day shipping and just recieved it today on march 20th. They have been no help and very short with me.. please help.

Which nearly 2 months later haven't received, offered a part refund for the mess about. Not received.
I have messaged every week to get the same reply that it will be shipped 1-2 weeks. This isn't acceptable. I just want a full refund now. This was a gift and no longer needed and really has taken the shine of it.

Right now I have an on going email conversation with customer service. It takes them about 2 days for someone to respond back. Not just that, they cannot and will not resolve the problem I have. I brought 2 products from your site and payed almost $30 in shipping for the products to arrive with 4 to 8 business day and yet it exceeded almost a whole month. Not only that, but so far only one of the item I ordered arrived, "broken." Mind you, before my order was even shipped, I emailed customer service about my order and about getting a full refund because the products I ordered will not arrive on the date and time I needed it to. whoever is emailing me back refuse to give me a full refund.
