I had been with straight talk for approx 13 yrs I recently transferred to another company, the day after I transferred they auto drafted my account for a payment that wasnt owed, I was on hold for 3 hours on day of transfer trying to reach them with no answer finally we transfered phone thru text but had no way to reach to cancel the auto draft. I tried for over 2 weeks to reach someone finally on July 19th I did get someone to answer the phone and they said that it had refund had been processed and it should deposit into my bank within 3 to five business days but it didnt so today I called and gave them the ticket # 1344368840 that they had gave me to use if there was any problems and was told that it was not a valid number after a lengthy discussion with customer service person saying her name was Kath. she said that she could not refund and basically that yall had no way to refund my money I told her that it was wrong and basically theft. I requested a supervisor but was told they were all in a meeting that would last 30 minutes, its now 4 hours later with no response. This whole experience has been bad business all the way around and I'm out $52.99 for a month of service that I did not receive.
