I have to place the order twice. First time on 10/18/2025 the authorization went through then on the 10/20/2024 got a email from straight talk saying my order was canceled I call straight talk customer service and was told to reorder it again. I reorder it again on 10/23/2025 & they debit my bank account on 10/25/2025. Today 10/30/2025 got a email again saying the order was canceled. Call customer service, on the phone with them around 20 minutes. The customer service put me on hold and running arou.d seem don't know anything about the cancelation.

All I want to know is why they keep cancel my order. The first time I order maybe they think is fraud. But second they actually debit my account, how they think is fraud the second, because I order it through our straight talk account and it mail to the address on straight talk, just my thought.
