Stop & Shop review: Verification department is misused for torturing elderly customers

My family shopped in Stop and Shop for about 40 years. Last 30 years after we bought house in Brooklyn, NY. We were such a good customers that were almost a friends with workers.
Now I am elderly and lost my family, got sick and for the first time after decades asked Stop and Shop for delivery. First time delivery with a lot of substitutes and missing items happened but right after delivery my account was CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REASON BUT WITH STATEMENT THAT "VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT" NEEDS TO VERIFY ME! Verification and cancelling the account is two different things! I am the homeowner for 30 years with great credit score and is Senior Citizen. Nothing is wrong with me and nothing wrong I am done to deserve my account to be closed! I answer the email to the verification workers but instead of 2-3 days respond - I have no answer forever.
Being sick I decided to try again and created a new account calling many times to Delivery Department and verifying what I need to do and they told me that everything is fine and I can make the order. I made big order as was recommended, paid it with my credit card and expected delivery. BUT DELIVERY SURPRISING ME DID NOT COME BECAUSE THE VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. The reason is that in email to the Verification Insane workers I must say my name, my address, i billing and delivery address is the same or not and who is the cardholder of my credit card! All this is in my account and if on my credit card is my name - person with average intellectual level can understand that cardholder is me!
No calls, no delivery living me the elderly and sick diabetic without the food I ordered and paid for for the weekend.
I REGRET DEEPLY THAT WHEN BEING YOUNG SHOPPED IN STOP AND SHOP BECAUSE IF I WOULD OF SHOP IN ANOTHER STORE - I MAYBE WOULD BE HAVING A HUMANE AND ADEQUATE BEHAVIORAL BY THE WORKERS!
I WAS PUTTING FOOD ON THE TABLE FOR STOP AND SHOP WORKERS FOR 4 DECADES THAT THEY WILL BE SADISTICALLY LIVING ME WITHOUT ANY FOOD WHEN I BECAME ELDERLY AND SICK! IT IS FIRST TIME OF ME ASKING THIS STORE FOR DELIVERY. TRUST ME I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING NOT TO DESERVE SUCH CRUEL ABUSE! I WAS ASKING THE DELIVERY DEPARTMENT WORKERS IF I CAN MAKE THE ORDER BECAUSE THAT "VERIFICATION" OF NOTHING MAY BE DEPRIVING ME FROM MY ORDER! I WAS TOLD WHAT TO DO, GOT VERIFICATION TROUGH MY EMAIL AND A LOT OF THINGS I WAS ASKED TO DO BUT THE STORE MADE ME TO CREATE MY ORDER AND PAY BY MY CREDIT CARD AND WITHOUT TELLING ME CANCELLED MY NEW ACCOUNT AGAIN...SHOCKING ME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THAT IT WOULD NOT BE ANY DELIVERY!

INSANITY, RETARDATION AND HORRIFIC CRUELTY IS IN STOP AND SHOP! FOR VERIFICATION I MUST WRITE EVERYTHING WHAT IS IN MY ACCOUNT ALREADY WRITTEN AND SAY THAT BECAUSE MY NAME IS ONLY NAME ON MY CREDIT CARD - I AM THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER!

I WISH I NEVER WAS BUYING HERE BECAUSE IT IS SO HARD TO DEAL WITH RETARDED AND SADISTIC WORKERS!
