Stop & Shop review: Canceled my order.

I went today 9/3/26 to pick an online order at Stop & Shop at 1309 Corbin Ave. in New Britain, CT. I have to called twice to find out when the online order was going to be delivery to my car. You have to wait for someone to answer in a timely matter. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, I cancelled my order and left. This happens to me more than 3 times in the past few months. Products are rotten like sweet potatoes, yellow potatoes and onions; expired milk or with poor refrigeration. If you claim your money back sit and wait. The staff that make the online order pick up whatever thinking that is ok to give the costumers things that they won't by for themselves. I have to thank Lorraine for always do an excellent job when she does my online orders.
