They added an additional amount to the previous cost per the agreement just a few days before the expected delivery.
They ignored my complaint and refused to explain where is in my contract it says about that additional charge. The delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, they don't call me to confirm the time. They made me wait for 2 months and half for my belongings since they pick them up. I paid them the most of the delivery cost and asked to correct the cost as per the agreement or to explain were is in my contact it says about the additional cost they added just last week. They have threatened me to dump my belongings outside. Nobody calls me to schedule delivery time, and nobody replies to my email.
