Earth Relocation I told Earth Relocation to use crates for my art, but when I got them, they weren't in crates

I told Earth Relocation to use crates for my art, but when I got them, they weren't in crates. So, my art got messed up. I sent them an email with proof that they didn't use crates, but they still say they did. They don't have any proof, though. I just want my money back for the crates.
