Steak 'n Shake review: service

Our server was Chelsie and we were most definitely not greeted within 5 seconds at the door and we were most definitely not seated within 60 seconds. Then, were not greeted at our table within 1 minute. When she finally arrived (keep in mind, there's only one other table in the store), she took our order, but then never gave us our waters. After a while, she arrived with our shakes at least. I ordered a Cookie Dough shake with a base of peanut butter, but she rang in a peanut butter shake, add cookie dough, charging me extra. When I pointed out her mistake, she said "That's not how that works" and I had to show her how to ring it in on the computer. We also had to ask for spoons, napkins, and straws with our shakes. Finally, the food pops up in the window. About 5 minutes of sitting in the window, she brings it out. I ordered a Jalepeño Crunch with no Chip Mayo, and unsurprisingly, it came with Chip Mayo. I cannot provide even one positive aspect from our experience at this Steak N Shake.
