Steak 'n Shake review: service and the establishment

Sever was very unprofessional ask to speak to manager he stated he were the manager food was cold fries was old so I ask for a refund he said he not giving me one because I should've said something when he dropped my food off the facility is so dusty restrooms so filthy floors need cleaning ceiling need to be cleaned booths are extremely nasty the cook has no gloves on while handling food neither did the staff have on hair nets the kitchen was terrible how are they still open the health department need to close this place down
