All I want is a refund for the order that I didn't get come on please. I arrived at the store an I told them I had a pickup order for Carol. I got an email saying it would be ready at 1:30am when I got there it wasn't ready yet 20 min later and still nothing just for 2 shakes and a soda. I never received it and I waited for a longtime. So I decided not to wait any longer and they never made it. I told them I wanted my money back but they said they couldn't I had to call a number they didn't even give it to me. The workers there are bad at customer service. I waited so long and they never made it and didn't even give me my money back and I never got the order. So I left. Now all I want is my money back. Give me my refund please.
