Steak 'n Shake review: Everything! Soooooo gross!

I was grossed out 2years ago and returned today by request from my granddaughter. It was waaaaay worse. Waitress had wads of her hair stuck all over her uniform and snot stuck in her nose. Filthy in every nook cranny bathroom and kitchen. Manager totally oblivious. How can this still be in business? You may have clean establishments somewhere but I question any corporation that could let a franchise exist at this level. Where is your integrity? Never again!
