I went to the Cumming GA location and spent 17.49 order 533768 on 2 #14's with chili and a Prime Frisco well when I got home I had paid 17.49 for a regular burger not a Prime Frisco and the 2 #14's minus the 2 cookies that were supposed to be there. I called for a straight hour and I kept getting a message saying that both lines were busy! This is unacceptable considering this is not the first time that this has happened.
