Steak 'n Shake review: Bad service

Hello I'm just writing and reaching out to somebody again I wrote about this when it happened it was at the Steak and Shake on 103 N S.R.and I35 store #243 we went in for dine in we had ordered two chili Max with extra mac sauce and extra beef we ordered two specialty shakes we took the order at the kiosk set down the lady had come over she threw the money on my table and walked away and we couldn't figure out why she gave us the money back so I went up and asked her and she said the milk machine was down for shakes i said why would you lay the money down and just walk away and not offer us something else to drink she just kind of brushed It Off then the other lady brought out our food and before she walked away I told her I said well this is supposed to have extra stuff in it and it didn't and everything was really cold like they had just put it in the containers I've been to steak and shade plenty of times to know that chili mac or any kind of chili is usually warm or at least hot it was cold cold. And there was so much water in it it was unbelievable I dumped it in a cup well then I saw another lady back there making shakes for another customer I said Well the lady up here are toes the shake machine was down she's so I don't know why we've been running it all day well I asked for the money back and the lady just blew me off like she just didn't want nothing to do with us but she was just disgusted to be there so I asked the other lady I said could you give us our money back she said well she has to do it and she will be a while she's handling other customer so I told her I was be calling corporate and complaining and I wanted names and nobody would write their names down for me that was the worst customer service I've ever been to In My Life she lied to me about the shakes and I throw my money back on the table and not offer me something else to drink the whole service was really bad I just want a refund I still have the receipts
