Statewide Windows & Doors – Feel disrespected

Of course very helpful when signing the contract for windows but customer service after that is poor. There were problems with the installation leaving two window sills cracked, a lot of broken glass outside the windows that they refused to clean up, a lot of shards of glass left in the tracks of the hurricane shutters, cigarette butts left in my yard, and just a lot of "stuff" left on the ground outside the windows, messy job caulking around the windows outside may have been because the young man working on that was talking to his girlfriend on speaker phone the entire time and not really paying attention to what he was doing. I let the project manager know. Seemed concerned at first but then stopped returning calls or emails.
