Statewide Windows & Doors review: Doors

I signed an original contract for Doors to be installed in my lunai that act as windows. I was quoted impact doors & placed a deposit of $840.00 that were suppose to be installed in August. I told the salesman Codi Holl that they can wait until September due to the heat. Big mistake on my part. Most recently salesman contacted me & told me that the permit for the doors would not go through, without giving me any written documentation as to the reason why Additionally, I live in a condo & several of my neighbors have doors? He & this company completely unprofessional & Iie! I am at my wits end since they have my deposit & have now ordered windows that are stationary I do not want. I was told they were going to open at the top & when the man came for measurement he said every window up to 3 feet at the bottom is stationary & every other window was going to be stationary at the top! Know one has responded to the multiple calls I've made. I was told that a production manager would call. Of course, no call was received.
