We are continually impressed by Logan Services. We have particularly benefited from their flexibility as a larger company, having crew members at the ready when we had an emergency issue with our heat and parts available on their trucks. When we had an issue with the new part, they took care of it for us promptly and effectively. Andrew, our tech, was terrific. Courteous of our home, patient and thorough in investigating our issues, and most importantly fixed the problem!

This is our second experience with Logan Services but our first experience with new installation of a new furnace and a/c unit. Our sales associate- Scott F was very thorough in explaining our options and recommendations. Once we made our decision - we had an install the very next day. Bradley and Blain were our installers and did a fantastic job with the install, cleanup and an overview of the new system and how it works. I would definitely recommend using Logan Services.

Everything about this company is quality. We did a new install with Logan a while back and asked them to return and install a humidifier and UV light air purifier. We had a great experience with those installs. Today, they came out for our heating unit checkup and inspection. The technician, Michael, found elevated levels of CO2 emissions in the first stage fire up of the heater. With an adjustment of the burners, he got it back to the normal levels. This "catch" is why you want professionals on the job. Thanks Logan!

Logan Services came out to do a duct cleaning at my home that my husband and I just recently moved in to. Technicians were great workers. They came out on time, and they were very friendly and informative! They ended up finding mold inside of my furnace (which I would have never thought to look for), and they went above and beyond by removing it for me! They even gave me some helpful hints on how to prevent it from happening again in the future. We are now breathing cleaner, healthier air in my new home thanks to Logan Services. I will definitely be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs from now on!

Logan Services installed our heat pump and air handler 3 years ago. We have been comfortable and thankful for Logan Services honest evaluation of our home's heating/cooling system since day one. Shane's install team was masterful. They actually welcomed our questions, and their answers were in terms which my husband and I could understand. Our Trane thermostat is connected to our wi-fi. We like being able to remotely control the thermostat. Whenever we call for a tune-up or service, their customer service people are always pleasant and helpful. Their technicians are all very professional. This is such a responsive and reliable company.

The salesman explained what all they had to offer me for my needs. I listen and and we discussed a lot of issues I had in my home.
We decided on what was needed for my home. Dave listened to my thoughts. He put it together for me.
The day came and work began. Whew what a challenge the installers had.
2 days later the job was completed.
Those guys were whooped. The work they did was amazing!
Now here comes winter time.
My home NEVER felt so comfy. The temp never varied just like Dave O the salesman said. I am still happy as a lark that I went with this company.
This company is the best!
They stand behind there work and believes the customer comes first.

The Logan Team arrived promptly as scheduled. They Explained the entire process of installation, before, during and after. They identified a (previously) unknown obstacle, and corrected the issue. They provided helpful advice, and demonstrated the features, controls (& operation) of the Unit. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. Never taking a break. Hunter and Josh were not only professional, they were very courteous in answering all my questions. Their attention to detail, proficiency and excellent customer service, is an asset to your team. From start to finish, (sales, scheduling and great financing) I am pleased, and I would highly recommend the services of Logan HVAC services.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: Logan promotion was buy a qualifying air conditioner and get a furnace free. After two hours of demonstrations and explaining the different air conditioners available this was not true. They only give you a small manufacture discount for the furnace. It depend if you pick the most expensive one. I ask them what if I just get the furnace installed. The price discounted was no were near the cost of the furnace ($3500 higher). Therefore I was paying the full price. My price quoted was to have installed was ($8000-$10,000) for the air conditioner and furnace with discounts. Depends on which one I decide to purchase. I give it a two star because the individual that came to my home was very professional.

I had a new HVAC system installed. After the initial installation, the noise coming from the furnace return was unacceptable. I reached out to my consultant, Ty Gates, and he immediately jumped into action to come up with a plan to resolve the issue. Without him as an advocate, I don't know if it would have been fixed to such an amazing level. He drew out diagrams to make sure that I understood what was going to be done, checked in with me, and even came multiple times to help make sure things were being done correctly. He went above and beyond what I would have expected, and I can't thank him enough. I am very happy with the final product, and would recommend Logan to all my friends and family. I don't believe other companies would have given this level of service. Thanks again Ty!

This company installed a Trane furnace 80% in my 1650 square foot home which had only Two 9 inch return vents. This Is not enough return air and they were deceitful in not making us aware. The furnace components (Heat exchanger, inducer, burners) have been destroyed and a new furnace is being installed. Had we known about the return vents, we have had had them enlarged. Two separate companies advised the small vents caused the furnace to overheat. It's only 12 years old. Upon calling Logan services, the company sales reps And manager were argumentative and said they would come and look at furnace vents for $190.00. This company does not not stand behind there work and sales reps are clueless on furnace capacity etc. Beware if you live in an Older home with small ducts. Make sure to ask about that before you agree to installation.

Logan AC & Heat Services INC removed and replaced my gas furnace. The total cost of the Gas Furnace, a whole house humidifier, and labor to install both was $6,295. I contacted Logan on Friday; the company sent an agent to give me an estimate on the product and work required to satisfy my needs the following day (Saturday); and the work was performed on Monday. I am thoroughly impressed by Logan's efficiency and customer service; and all of the promises made to me regarding the unit installed and their subsequent work were honored. Logan left my home as clean as they found it; and most importantly, Logan left me and my family with heat, which we had been without for almost two weeks. My wife and I are totally satisfied with Logan Services, Inc., will use them again if the need arises, and will gladly recommend their services to family, friends, and associates.

Our heating and a/c unit was installed by Logan 6 years ago. When our a/c unit stopped working, we had an independent HVAC technician come out and look at the unit. Upon inspection, the technician noticed that the air handler was installed upside down. The electrical components of the unit are sitting under the drip pan. This was confirmed by Trane's installation manual to have been incorrectly installed. We called Logan to have them come to our house to repair the mistake that they made when they installed the unit, and were told that they would charge us $109 for an inspection fee and that if it was installed incorrectly, they might waive it, that it would be at the discretion of the technician. If we did not agree to pay the $109, they would not come out. The their representative stated that if the unit was found to be incorrectly installed THEN they would discuss what our options would be.

Could not be happier with our new HVAC company! Our previous service provided found a crack in the furnace's heat exchange but the salesman who was schedule to provide us an estimate said over the phone their company did not offer payment plans and since I "didn't have enough upfront money to afford them", cancelled the appointment and hung up the phone. After researching companies that offered payment plans (including the man who had hung up after he said they suddenly actually DID offer a payment option) I quickly realized Logan Services was the right choice for our home. From Allen who provided the estimate to the installation team led by Shane and Aaron, the process was quick, easy, courteous, honest and professional. While costing more than we'd hoped to spend, we are comforted knowing we have Trane equipment and a competent company ready to service our heating and cooling needs going forward. Thanks to all we've dealt with at Logan!

My apologies for the delay in writing this review- I initially had Logan come out to access the situation with my Furnace since they had wonderful review from people that I have done business with. The first gentleman came out and he was wonderful fixed the furnace and powered it up and it worked for about two days- I had them come out again and this time they determined that a part was needed that was unavailable- Since it was the weekend and I was left without heat - I was disappointed- They however tried relentlessly to get a part that even my electrician confirmed would take months if available at all. After reaching out to many AC companies and getting estimates I finalized that Logan was correct and reasonable in pricing. I also reached out to many companies for pricing of a new unit and warranty- logan by far exceeded expectations in pricing service and reliability- They credited all other charges that I paid to my unit and still outbid the other companies with a Trane unit(s) The install and both Steve (the sales representative and the install team worked effortlessly to have both the Furnace and AC units installed in one day. I want to thank Logan for all that they have done and acknowledging Veterans in their pricing. Thank you Team and especially Steve, Ty Gates and Bradley whom were there everyday to oversee that my expectations were met and exceeded.

The service we received from Logan was top notch and may be the best we have ever received. The initial contact was with Paula in the Dayton office. She was very pleasant, patient, and understanding. She arranged to have a technician at our home within two hours of my initial call. My experience has been that this never happens. Craig arrived at our home and was very professional and patient. He took the time to ask many questions before even looking at the furnace and ac. He encouraged me to observe as he looked over the unit to determine what was wrong. When it was determined that we would need a new system, he carefully explained all of the options and demonstrated a great knowledge of the products and made it easy to understand. Originally, our install date was set for a week away, but Craig arranged to move our install up to next day because we were without heat. The day of install could not have gone any smoother. Tyler and Alex arrived promptly and Tyler carefully explained everything that would be happening that day. They were both very professional and took great care of us and were very attentive to protecting our home to ensure no damage was done. Tyler and Alex were both willing to stay as long as necessary to our satisfaction by answering our questions and going over the new system. Both of these men were kind and polite and it is clear that Logan Services hires people who genuinely care about their customers and have been trained very well. Thank you Logan Services, this experience and especially these individuals have made us lifetime customers.

In 2017, I purchased an expensive furnace/AC unit from Logan's that was sold to me by there salesperson. I also had new duct work installed for our entire home which was located in a crawl space. The installer was not very friendly, borderline arrogant at the time and due to the work being done in the crawl space was unable to observe whether the work had been completed properly not that I would know anything about heating and cooling anyway. I assumed that a company with such great reviews would be above board and do the work that I had paid for. Mistake #1. Shortly after install and right when there was a pretty decent rainfall I was alerted to the fact that my ceiling was leaking where the exhaust piping had been installed. I called Logan's and alerted them to the problem. Logan's sent someone to address this and I assumed once again that it had just been an accident and that they had taken care of it. Mistake #2. In the meantime, we had someone come to our home to work on plumbing in the crawl space who told us that he felt that we had a problem with our duct work. Once again, we reach out to Logan's to address. They sent a very nice worker out to address this and we felt that our problems were solved. Mistake #3. We have had to address these matters by other means costing us additional funds but hey we have heat and air conditioning so we have tried to be content with the imperfection of the promises of a sales agreement. Fast forward to today, our furnace stops working in negative degree weather and who do you call? Logan's...the people who sold you this furnace. My husband explains the code being communicated through the furnace to the agent scheduling service and they send out someone who states the exact same problem stating "but you already knew that!" to my husband. They do not carry the part to fix the furnace THEY SOLD US and would take 5-7 days. We had no heat and that cost us $109. Home Depot had the part? Called back Logan's and received no resolve.
